Willie and Tony came about 30 minutes early ready to work. They were also friendly. Adi made sure the job was done to my satisfactory. Rain Gutter Pros is an honest, fast and reliable company for gutter repair. I had a small issue with one gutter and they came out to see it right away. They were so helpful and did not charge me a high minimum fee like other gutter companies were going to do. I was relieved to find a company that considered my issue worth their time to help. Just had gutters installed today. They look great and the crew was really nice and they even were able to install earlier than they thought they would (by a couple of weeks), which I had asked. They had no problem installing and hooking up my three rain barrels.
Now all I have to do is wait for the rain!

I rarely right reviews on Unilocal,but I felt the need to after the great service we received from Rain Gutter Pros. My husband and I purchased a new home in October that did not have rain gutters. Knowing that rain season was coming we felt the need to add gutters to the new house. We found Rain Gutter Pros and when we spoke to them over the phone they told us how busy there were but that they would come to our house within the week to give us a quote. They gave us a quote that we felt was very fair compared to others we have known that got gutters in recent months. With how busy they are due to demand we understood that it would take a while for an appointment. That was totally fine to us and quickly made the appointment.

The three man crew came to the house and did a fantastic job adding the gutters to the house. We threw a little wrinkle into the appointment as we asked them when they go to the house if they could also add gutters to the detached garage. They had plenty of material and were able to add the gutters for the garage the same day. They are very professional and cleaned up after all the work they did. Since the gutters were installed there has been rain and they have worked perfectly moving the water from the house so it does not pool by the walls.
These guys are very knowledgeable about what they do and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rain gutters for their home.

I had a great experience with rain gutter pro. I spoke with her. The office manager and within one day someone was out and gave me a very good estimate. I needed the work done quickly and they were able to get the job started just a few days later. The technician who came out to install was very professional and the installation only took 5 hours. When the technicians left everything was cleaned and put back where it belongs.
After the big rains we just had I went outside to look around and everything was working perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional rain gutter job.

I am a big fan of this place. They showed up exactly on time and were very honest with me. I asked them to come take a look at my balcony for a possible gutter installation. Joe from Rain Gutter Pros suggested it wasn’t a necessary fix and gave me some workable alternatives. I really appreciate when vendors come out and give honest feedback instead of just trying to upsell me. The minute I run into a new problem, I will be happy to give them my business!

I had them come in to install gutters and rain barrels.
Gutter installation went fine, though there was a long waiting period. I guess that’s to be expected during El Nino. However, they didn’t install the rain barrels as promised.
I called them and arranged for them to come out again and adjust the downspouts so the rain barrels could be installed. This is where the problems began.
1) I have a sloping driveway. The rain barrels are chained so the overflow from one flows into the next. They installed the rain barrels so they chained *uphill*. So the first one to fill was the one at the bottom of the drive way. The water then obviously doesn’t flow uphill, so the other barrels never fill. Alright — swap the connectors around, move the other barrels down the drive way.
2) The rain barrels have a faucet mounted on the bottom, to dispense collected water. Some of these were not screwed in properly, so the water leaks out. To tighten them, I have to open up the barrel. That’s when I find that the screws holding the barrel lids on have been over-​tightened. Some of them have been tightened to the point where the heads have embedded themselves in the plasted, and one of the screws has been completely stripped, so I can’t unscrew it at all. So I can’t get into the barrel to tighten the faucet.
3) Email the office. The first callback I get, they promise to send someone out to take a look. They say they’ll call me back in a day or two to set up a time. The second call I get is from the office manager. She’s kinda brusque, and claims that there’s «no way» they could have damaged our rain barrels because they use an impact driver to screw on the tops. She blames my rain barrels and, in short, basically makes it clear that she’s not going to send someone out to help me resolve the problem.
So the initial gutter installation was nice and well-​done, but everything after that has just not gone particularly well. The rude office manager was kinda the last straw. I’ll find a way to fix the damaged rain barrels myself, but two stars for these guys.

I’ve used Rain Gutter Pros for two properties.
Great price, knowledgeable, friendly.
First time I used them there was an issue which they promptly came out and corrected.
Has yet to rain after the second install, but I know from experience if I should have an issue, they will fix the issue — so no worries.
Looks so much better with new rain gutters, not to mention keeping the water away from the foundation.

In anticipation of the coming El Niño season, I called Rain Gutter Pros to have them check the gutters on my house. They were able to get me scheduled right away and the estimator Adi came by right on time on our scheduled date. He was very patient as I asked my usual million questions. He gave me a reasonable estimate and I closed with him on the spot. The installers came on the scheduled day and did the work quickly and efficiently. I am beyond happy with Adi and Rain Gutter Pros and highly recommend them to everyone.

Love these guys. Real professional and on time. Cleaned our gutters and installed new top screens that won’t let leaves or debris in, so no more hassles. We’re ready for El Nino for sure.
We let our gutters alone for to long, and a good deal of debris built up, water over flowed on those occasions when it did rain and we were concerned about it. Now I won’t worry.
We even had rain barrels in place when they came out and they designed the downspouts to go right into them for future water savings.
With El Nino coming, Oz and his crew are booked well into the future but they worked us in sooner when an opening came up.
I’ve even got them heading out to my Mom’s house for some work she needs done.
They are the best!

Contacted Rain Gutter Pros for a small job recently. I reached out by phone first and spoke with the office manager. After explaining the job, she told me to take a few pictures of the area and email them in. I did so and within one day I had an official quote. I followed up to say the quote was acceptable and we set a date for the work.
It was a couple weeks out, but I think they’re pretty busy with everyone getting ready for the El Niño winter. On the date of service, two guys showed up right on time and they finished the work in no time at all.
The work looks great and I’m very happy with how easy it was to get a quote and set the appointment. Definitely recommend Rain Gutter Pros.

Your response suggests my delay while considering other bids was the reason the job was cancelled altogether. I had a good experience with Rain Gutter Pros. I needed 132 feet of new gutters after a re roof. The estimator came out the same day I called. I agreed to the estimate on the spot. He then called the office for an install date which was a week later and that was reasonable. Install crew showed up on time, we’re professional, courteous and got the work done in a few hours. We desperately wanted /​needed gutters on the front balcony of our home. However, due to the fact the balcony railing was front mounted to the stucco fascia, we needed to have custom made gutters. Not only did Oz need to come up w/​a plan for mounting gutters, but we also needed a solution for an area that could not accommodate a downspout. Rain Chain above a potted plant! Oz figured it out…
I had received 2 other bids before meeting with Oz Figenbaum. The other 2 companies basically told me there was nothing they could do.
Oz was so easy to work with, and didn’t say «no» like the other 2 companies. He spent about an hour at the house on the first visit, and came up with a custom design that would solve our gutter needs. Oz and his team were very professional and did an amazing job!
