All Clear Raingutter

Johnny came out today and spent a long time clearing our gutters. I thought there was a huge problem but turned out they just needed a thorough cleaning and Johnny spent all the time it took to get it done.
He explained everything that was blocking them and all the issues we had with them.
I will use him again to maintain the gutters. I’m picky with my 5 star reviews and he deserves it.
He was also just a really nice person to work with!

Johnny did an excellent job in cleaning my rain gutters and tile roof. He was very careful not to break any tiles and told me about a few issues with the roof. He spent many hours being very conscientious about doing a perfect job. Do not hesitate to use him!

Today I had my rain gutters cleaned by Jonathan of «All Clear Raingutter». He handled everything himself, was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was a bit late for our appointment, but I am not going to hold this again him and deduct a star, since he did call ahead of time. Not only did he clean the gutters, but also hammered in the nails, which weren’t fully inserted. Finally Jonathan provided a couple of suggestions specific to my house on how to improve my «rain resistance» — downspout extension is a great idea and already ordered one. If you need you gutters cleaned, Jonathan is the guy you want on the job.

I called Jonathan after reading his wonderful reviews on Unilocal.I needed some repairs to my gutters prior to painting and our anticipated wet winter. I was very satisfied with Jonathan’s work, honesty, politeness and professionalism. He does all the work himself and checks out things you wouldn’t even think to ask with thorough explanations of the work he is doing. What I thought would be a few hours of work turned out to be nearly seven and Jonathan stayed to complete the job even as the sun was setting! Jonathan was referred to us by a friend who was very satisfied with Jonathan’s services. We totally agree. He does all the work himself and is very thorough. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out areas of concern not directly related to gutter cleaning. He also cut back some overhanging branches and secured some lose roof tiles.

I had a terrible gutter problem on the second floor of my balcony. Literally, a plant was growing out of it. Johnny came explained what he would do to remedy the problem, how much he would charge and explained how to avoid future problems.
Now, I realize gutters are not on top of most people’s minds in general… Until you have a problem. Johnny not only showed when he said, he called to confirm. He fixed the problem at a very fair price and did it quickly. He cleaned up after himself and actually did a few other minor adjustments as well.
If you need gutter work of any kind, at least call Johnny to get a quote. We Unilocalers have to stick together. If we do, we systematically weed out all these BAD contractors who gouge and perform poorly at a premium price… I unfortunately have had several. Unilocal is my go to now when I need any service.
