This review is for pretzelmaker. Ever since I was a little girl going to the mall with my mom I LOVED Pretzelmaker pretzels. Unfortunately a Wetzel’s Pretzels made their way to Burbank and the Pretzelmaker there closed their doors. Leaving with me with no place to indulge my pretzel cravings(I’m not a fan of Wetzel’s or Auntie Anne’s). So a few months ago I decided to find one and the only location remotely near me was this location in Sherman Oaks. Which is 10 miles away from my home. I decided to make the drive due to my cravings,(this was about May 2015) workers were nice. The owner at the time was an Armenian man I believe, however the mini pretzel hot dogs I had weren’t that good.(Not what I usually order). Today I made another visit and was immediately annoyed due to a woman and her daughter walking right in front of me as I was waiting in line(you’re so lucky I held back the urge to kick you in the face in front of your daughter). The owner, now an old racist Korean woman, saw this and made no attempt to serve me first, which enraged me. Another worker took my order and this review only gets 2 stars because my two original pretzels were as delicious as ever. Although after my experience I don’t think I’ll be returning. Finally going to give in to Wetzel’s.

I would not advise anyone to eat anything prepared at this Mrs. fields cookies location, bought cookies there last week took them home they were extremely stale and hard brought them back next week today gave them who appears to be a manager Asian lady older, told her that I purchased these cookies about a week ago and that they were stale she asked me why didn’t I called them up I said they only cost six dollars wasn’t worth it just waited so I came back to the mall to return them to you I thought you are the cookies do you have a receipt no I don’t OK she says I’ll give you two cookies. I told her no problem I don’t want anything from you and of course I will never ever buy anything from the Mrs. Fields cookie location here in a Sherman of Plaza

I’m not a huge cookie fan, I do have a few favorite places if it comes down to cookies and milk if I’m not baking them myself. I don’t frequent Mrs Fields very often but when I do, they are always delish! My son wanted a cookie cake for his birthday instead of a cake cake so we swung by a few days early to place a quick order and it was ready when we came to pick up this past Saturday. The chocolate chip cookie cake with frosting was soooooo good!!! OMG, I probably could have ate the entire thing in one sitting! I had to give the remainder of it away, just to get it out of our house. Sinful goodness!

Great service! Came by to pick up a birthday cake and the guys did an amazing job. Got some mini dogs while waiting, and it was delicious!

My son wanted a smoothie. They had a picture of a great looking one. I watched them make it. They used a minute maid vanilla and a minute maid strawberry mix. Throw in some ice cubes and chocolate chip and they had the worst $ 5.00 strawberry smoothie ever

Meh. I’m comparing the pretzels to Wetzel’s(which is right across the way): Pretzels here are smaller, not as buttery, and have sort of a «tangy» flavor. But they give a mall employee discount!

Pretzels = nasty nasty nasty. Tasted like cardboard. But at least that is SOMETHING – unlike the cheese, which tastes like nothing, yet costs extra.

Delicious fresh baked cookies that are much better than the store packaed Mrs Fields. The employees are on point and the cookies always seem to be fresh, I love stopping here after lunch and buying cookies before I leave the mall.
