I absolutely love this store! I’m definitely a brighton girl! I love their items and I’ve always had a pleasure shopping there. Always helpful and nice.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I’ve been a customer for years, buying presents for my wife and other family members. Was denied a refund for a brand new, unworn, tag-​still-​on necklace because not ALL items on the receipt were being returned. HUH??? Being punished for not returning MORE items is ridiculous. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and particularly rude employees at this store (nicer at other branches, for sure) … will never shop at a Brighton’s again, thanks to these «ladies».

Great store! I really like Brighton, but only certain select pieces. It’s come to be my go-​to store in most airports while traveling but this location is definitely what you’d call my «home store».
I stop in occasionally when in the mall but very rarely purchase much since I seem to already have the items I like.
I received a Brighton gift for Christmas that I didn’t care for much and while I could have let it sit at home with a bunch of jewelry I rarely wear, I decided to stop in and let the gals here at this location know and ask them about exchanging. They told me to bring it in and it wouldn’t be a problem.
A few weeks later I stopped in with my gift, without a receipt or tag (since I’d taken it off Christmas morning) and they exchanged for a gift of my liking (which I paid the difference on) without any hassle.
I really appreciate the customer service I receive at this location and every Brighton location I’ve been to.
They have a few really cute necklaces, my Star of David is by far my most favorite piece but I have a couple other necklaces, thin bangles, and state charm bracelets (sold only in their state) — all very nice.

There are also hundreds upon hundreds of items I wouldn’t be caught dead in but overall I like what I like from here and I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer for many years to come.
Their packaging is also always done very neatly and with great care, leaves you feeling special walking away with a new item to add to your collection.
I’d definitely recommend stopping in here when on the hunt for a lovely gift.

I went here to purchase some Mother’s day gifts and as soon as I walked in, I remembered why I loathe coming to Brighton…
Let me say, I am all for customer service and attentiveness, however there can be a fine line between helpful and obnoxious. They have lovely items but are not worth what you have to deal with when shopping here.
Brighton sales ladies are aggressive and will follow you around everywhere. I can’t even breathe without them suggesting how I can accessorize it.
If you say you are just looking, they don’t care. They will still not leave you alone and will literally stand next to you, over you, behind you, beside you, the entire time you are there! You can tell they are competitive for sales with each other which makes the environment that much more uncomfortable.
I would suggest to the owner, manager and whoever else is in charge of their customer service policy to ease up ALOT. I will not be back because of it!

My boyfriend’s mother gave me a silver cuff from Brighton in December and I exchanged it in March for a pair of readers for my mother instead. I found out much, much later that my mother has never used them because the strength is too weak. I went into this location today to return them for store credit, even though it had been over 60 days. I was totally fine with store credit, by the way. The salesperson, Mitra, was extremely rude and claimed that the eyeglasses seemed worn and was missing the tag. Well, the original price tag was actually a sticker, and why would I leave that on if I was giving it as a gift? My mother really had never used them, and I can’t stand it when people make false accusations. I don’t see what the problem was of taking them back because they still had that item in stock! This store has such particular merchandise that’s suitable for older women that I easily forgot to do my returns/​exchanges asap. I’m 20 years old and whenever I browse this shop there is absolutely nothing I’m interested in. I will make sure all of my friends and family know I loathe this store so that I never receive a gift from here again!
