Master Gutter

Complete waste of my time! I’d give ZERO stars if Unilocal would allow for it. These guys came out, gave me a quote and sounded like they knew what they were doing. Right off the bat I asked them if the roof height (three story home) was going to be an issue and they told me it would not as they would service the gutter from the roof. Based on these representations I scheduled the job with them for a date 2.5 weeks out. I contacted them a week before to confirm and to get a finalized contract that I had been waiting for and had not received. Of course no one responded to my voicemail or text. I had to try them three more times before someone finally got back to me with a text saying that they were going to pass on the job because the roof was too high. I HIGHLY suggest looking at other gutter cleaning or replacement options before placing your faith with Master Gutter.

I called these guys on a Friday and was very glad they were able to come out and give me a quote same day. Nice, right? Well, they were 25% HIGHER than other quotes I received, but they were willing to do the work the next day instead of a week later like the rest. I figured it was worth the money as it was going to rain. They guy with the estimate said he was going to call me the next morning at 7 am to let me know when they would be coming over to do the work. No call at 7. No call at 8. No call at 9. I started to call they guy on his cell and he kept putting me into voicemail with no call back. I waited on these clowns all day and NOTHING! No call, nothing. I waisted an entire Saturday waiting on these flakes. If you want to pay more and have terrible customer service and get blown off then call Master Gutter. If you want someone that answers the phone and will show up as promised then CALL ANYONE ELSE! These guys are a joke and a total waste of time. Just rude if you ask me. Master Gutter is THE WORST!

Met the sales person, Alex first. Nice guy. Very professional. He gave me a follow up call after he gave me an estimate, which was not the cheapest but not the priciest, i told him and he gave me a good price in the end. Leo and Jose came on the promised day. A little later than what Alex told me; apparently they got lost. Anyway, finished the job in 1 day. Looks pretty good. if I have any problems or leaks, I will re post. Alex told me to call if any problems. I hope he keeps his word… Good job.

After long dry days my gutter was unprepared for the sudden rain which causes a big mess. Master gutter responded quickly to my emergency and did a great job. Udi and his crew were very polite and professional I was very happy with they’re performance.
I also really liked the fact that they quoted me a price and stuck to it in the end of the job.
It was a very good experience and I strongly recommend them for everybody.

it all started when I had a leak in my roof. I called Udi from master gutter. it really took
20 minutes to show up at my door. The 2 of his employee came and clean all my drain system. Udi recommend to change my rain gutters which they did the next day.
it took 4 hours to do all my house. I was very impressed with the quickness the professionalism and the kindness of this team. Highly recommended to all of my friends

have used master gutter to install new Gutter in my house.
It was quite challenging because of the fact that it is two story house and I have Flatt roof. Udi and his crew did a spectacular job. Day also cleaned my roof from all the leaves that accumulate during the summer. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Highly recommended.
