I specialize in the purchase and sale of single family homes, condos and small investment properties. I was born and raised in Los Angeles so know it well and can offer a unique insight to various areas.

95% of my business comes from past client referrals. I treat every client like my own family and have a continued relationships far past the closing of escrow. I am always reachable and help clients with all aspects of their home purchase.

I also provide project management services to help sellers get a home ready for sale and buyer with mini makeovers and small remodels.

Being in touch with my clients via text, phone or email and communicating in a way they feel is important helps me stay connected and to help give my clients all the information they need.

My main areas of focus are Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Hollywood Hills East and West and Los Feliz and nearby areas. I also have two partner agents who can cover the areas I do not personally work so you can count on us for all your needs.

History

Established in 2002.

I became a Realtor because of the horrible experience I had with a Realtor buying my home. I was misled, lied to and not protected at all. I quickly began helping friends in their home search and teaching them what to ask and look out for. They all soon said that I needed to become a Realtor because I was helping them more than anyone they had used.

So I became a Realtor and have loved it ever since. My goal is look out for the interests of home buyers and sellers and help them make good solid decisions with all the information. If that means looking for a house for months, or deciding which homes not to buy, and not being rushed into decisions then that is what I am here for.

Sellers will tell you that nobody takes care of them like I do. From getting the house ready for sale, staging for the best impact, photographed and of course priced to get you the most money, I am always doing everything possible for my clients.

Elizabeth Marquart was born and raised in Los Angeles, and has seen the landscape change over the years. Her firm grasp of the market is unmatched. After hearing from a client, and clearly identifying their needs, she is able to take them to neighborhoods they may not have even imagined.
