I have not moved yet, but they beat the competitor’s price, answered very fast all my doubts with very clear responses. Keffer is always prompt to help. I totally recommend! Hope all process be like that!

This is the 2^nd time we moved with Dynamic. Their customer service is great from beginning to end. Keefer took great care of us throughout the whole move as he did before and the delivery was outstanding. We are not going to look anywhere else when we need to move again, it will be an easy choice. In every company that you deal with today you have to very alert to things are being done and I was .
But when the owner is involved I his/​hers buissness then things will go right and I can tell you that in dynamic the owner was involved and took care of the problems, and there are always problems but as long as you take care of them then the end result is good. And this is a nice family owned buisness with the owners care about their business.

Worst customer service ever!!!
Specially the salesman or shipping consultant called Keefer Hezroni and here is WHY !
They shipped my stuff from San Francisco to Vancouver, Canada. Based on the phone conversation and providing him with a list of my belongs he estimated that I need 250 cubic feet, I told him you will not send someone to give me the exact volume size because I don’t want to end up paying a lot more than it should. He said no we don’t need to send someone and don’t worry you will not pay more unless you add more stuff. By the day they picked up my stuff the guys stated that based on our loading it seems to be it’s in the estimated size which 250 cubic feet and you should not end up paying more than you agreed on. After couple of days, he called and stated that your shipment after the final arrangement in the wear house it end up to 311 cubic feet (61 cubic ft. MORE!!!) and he told me you have to pay the difference (670 $ more!!!) you have to pay full in front so your shipment can be moved. I told him that’s a lot more than what we agreed on and I can’t afford it, you know WHAT he said, well we can throw some of your boxes to reduce the volume size!!! After paying the money (unfortunately like I have any other option since my stuff they already have it), whenever I’m emailing or calling him, he is not replaying, answering or returning back my calls even when I’m telling the receptionist inform him to call me back urgently and I will be in Canada in the next few hours. He didn’t bother to send any updates or status of my shirt or even the receipt for what I paid. Also, he didn’t send the numbers for the company/​driver or any contact in Canada that I can check the status of my shipment with. The agreement was to deliver the shipment within 5 – 7 days after pick up, I received it after one month.
Save your money and time and try to look for any other company.

I recently moved from LA to Vancouver, Canada and cannot express enough how happy I am to have hired Dynamic LA to take care of this for me. Keefer and his team provided a smooth, seamless transition for me looking after all my belongings so well on both ends. The customs clearance once the goods arrived was also very easy thanks to the company they work with up here in Vancouver. They came in as quoted $$$ and were cheaper then renting PODS and doing it myself which I initially thought would be better for my budget. Lesson learned, I will always hire movers after this great experience. Thanks again Keefer!

I have made the initial payment and changed my mind about moving.
He has refunded my payment at my first request without any delay.

Great company, great service– these guys know what they’re doing! All questions answered right away, honest quotation, clean work, highly recommended!

Here are series of facts on my experience using this company. Read and decide if you want to trust your shipment with this company:
1. I contacted them for a small shipment from LA to Italy. I remember them telling me that I will pay half before and half when I get my shipment. We arranged my things to be picked up. I send all the needed document.
2. They contacted me right before I left US telling me that for my shipment to be shipped I need to pay in full so I paid the second half. They confirmed that they have what they need and that they will tell me the arrival date once that is all figured out (originally they had said about 7 weeks).
3. I left US, about 6, 7 weeks later, I contacted to find out on date of arrival. After some back and forth, it was discovered that my shipment was never shipped. And I was given two options: EIther pay extra and receive them onetime or have them delivered really late. However the last was that they would tell me the pay difference. This was Nov 18^th.
4. It is now Dec 1^st, and I am still waiting to know the pay difference. Emails are unanswered.
5. When they discovered that they never shipped my things, they told me that things could be shipped on next shipment that was on last Thursday but given that they don’t respond to my emails, I don’t think that my things were even shipped on that one shipment either.
6. They have my shipment, I have fully paid, they don’t reply to my emails. They don’t seem to care that I need my things or that they have any responsibility on getting my things to me. I don’t know when my things will be shipped (if ever) It is horrible feeling. I have to email multiple times to get a reply back. They reply doesn’t have any information. They claim that my things were not shipped when was promised because they didn’t have all the paperwork. It is not clear why they didn’t realize that when they asked for full payment and confirmed that they are all set with dispatching the shipment. Even if this is the case, this was discovered on Nov 18^th, 14 days
To include follow up, after many many tries, I had to ask my brother to step in and contact them, I agreed to pay the 700 extra to airship, on Dec 5 to receive on Dec 15^th. The incompetency of this horrible shipping company strike again. On Dec 5^th, the emailed my brother the ooopps we can’t airship because the flight was full.
Now the option is to UPS at even higher cost. or receive the shipment sometimes after end of January. (if ever).
Save your money, save yourself a headache. Don’t ship. If you have to ship, make sure it is not with this company.

Dynamic L.A. shipped my parent’s entire house from Los Angeles to Lahore, Pakistan. It was a full door to door move, all contents fit the 40′ container to perfection, and thanks to Dynamic LA’s professionalism everything arrived with zero damages. Even at a difficult destination like Pakistan, and having such delicate items, Dynamic managed to complete the move without any complications.
