Professionalism is a rare thing these days. Elaine brings professionalism, compassion and knowledge to the table. She was very understanding of our needs, she was extremely patient with my wife and I. She never once gave up on our dream of owning our home. Working with Elaine, from start to finish, was an exceptional experience. She is very positive and professional. The property was occupied, she was exquisite in coordinating showings between prospect buyers and my tenant, which was a hard task. She is very knowledgeable in real estate, loans, finding qualified buyers, contractors, handy men, helping with retrofitting, repairs, practically with every aspect of the selling process. She spent ample time to explain and execute every single step. Elaine is so awesome!!! As first time homebuyers my fiancé and I were completely clueless as to the proper steps to take and important factors to consider when looking, as well as, purchasing a house. Elaine walked us through everything, she took the time to explain things to us as we went; always had an answer to our question and she was very patient with us. We looked at several houses with her and submitted just as many offers, but she never gave up on finding us a home, and that she did. She was the one who found our house, in the city we wanted, with the specifications we were looking for!!! Elaine is very knowledgeable and efficient at what she does. Elaine helped my husband and I lease a home. We were living out of state at the time so it was going to be very hard to find a place. Elaine made our experience super easy. We told her what we wanted and she was able to find homes that fit our needs. Because I only had one day to fly in and look at the houses, she lined up appointment for us to spend the day looking. I found our home that day! She truly took a lot of stress off our backs. Everything from searching for the right place down to the paperwork was so easy!
