Daddy’s Pipes

I sometimes feel awkward going into stores like this, but that’s never the case at Daddy’s Pipes. The staff is ridiculously friendly and chill, and they answer all your questions without making you feel rushed. Even though there are other pipe stores nearby, I prefer to go to this one because it’s a positive experience literally every time. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed every time Andrea tends to me. I have been coming for years and for some reason when I deal with her she changes the prices and deals on her own. They’re always different when I deal with her, but everyone else there like Becca honor the deals.
I don’t know what her problem is, but next time I’ll just come back when someone else is working. Something is not right with her.
Other wise I love this place, but pricing should remain consistent.

Ill start off by saying Daddy’s by far has some of the best buds in the valley. Overpriced? Sure, but always on point.
But everything else about this place sucks balls. Worst customer service ever! They make you feel like shit. And the dude with the blonde hair and hipster glasses seriously sucks at life. Foreal, this dude needs to get laid or something, you do too little work and are around too much good weed to have so much attitude. Fuckin smile bro! Turn that frown upside down.
I want to go to Daddy’s because the weed is bomb, just can’t give them my money anymore.
PS Please don’t confuse hipster with the other dude with the glasses on the pipes side… he’s cool as hell.

FYI there are two separate businesses, one is a head shop and the other a dispensary right next door. Both are expensive but not at all unreasonable. Both have excellent selections and high quality. Most notably the dispensary has a wide range of cannabis flower (weed to the layman) representing an excellent and flavorful example of virtually every kind of herb that has been popular in the past 20 years. The tangie is unbelievable. Best tasting flower of all time. They’ve got NY sour diesel, UK cheese, head band, trainwreck, blueberry, jack herrer, sweet tooth, etc etc. of course bomb OGs too. Only problem is that with the prime location come a premium price. Worth it though.

It is with sadness that I leave a negative review for Daddy’s Pipes Smoke Shop — but this is what happens when products are sold that do not work. I’ve been a loyal customer of Daddy’s for over 3 years (pipe shop and smoke shop), and I’ve travelled many times from Santa Monica and San Jose for their meds. On Christmas Eve I came in to buy a torch lighter for dabbing. After buying the torch recommended to me by the sales associate, I went home. When I first used the torch it was blowing out flame (like you would see in a lighter, not a torch), and wouldn’t heat my Quartz nail for a sufficient dab. I went in and had it replaced. My replacement torch also COULD NOT heat my nail red hot no matter how long I heated it for, therefore leaving residue in my brand new nail. When I went back to the shop I gladly offered to pay the difference for a new torch THAT ACTUALLY WORKS because I was so frustrated already that I just wanted something that heats my nail. I’m told they have a «no replacement policy». If you sell me something that doesn’t work, I expect you to work around that. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and was extremely turned off today.

Daddy’s is like walking into heaven. The customer service is amazing, everything is soo fireeeee. Make sure sure roll through this is the place to be.

Fuck this place. I’ve gone in a few times without any issues and today I wasn’t allowed in because for some reason I did not come up on the system. The guy kept asking «are you sure you’ve been here?» Of course I’m fucken sure I’m not stupid! I drove all the way to Sherman oaks from Porter ranch to hear that bullshit. Why is is my fault that the last time I went in all my information wasn’t saved properly, I was asked to leave and come back another day with the original copy of my rec. Never coming in here again.

I love this place! Cool staff and great selection of bomb product! HIGHLY recommended.

UPDATE! Just so you guys know it really sucks to drive 45 minutes to come to this club for something I usually buy and when i show up this time tonight the person i get helping me wants to charge me way more this time than usual for the same exact thing. unbelievable such a nuisance. Inconsistent pricing.
Since I’ve been back in town I’m coming back here to try it out and things have been going well so far. The staff that remains that’s been there for sometime now are all pretty decent people and do their job.

Prices are high… but once they know your face, the staff is great and show plenty of love. But don’t be discouraged by the high prices cause the quality of everything is even higher.

Best buds, best prices, best counts. Some faves include:
— Lemon Diesel (a profoundly stone)
— Maui Wowie (distinctive sweet taste & high)
–Gorilla Glue (dank & pungent)
— Banana (like the name sez)

Drove from anaheim to buy a pen that did not work at all, then went back to tell them that they are selling faulty products and see if they could help me out… Which they didnt and i have to go home and return it through the pens website. Worst smoke shop out there.

Always love coming to Daddys, they are always so friendly and know what they are talking about. Definitely recommend coming in to the shop for any of your smoking accessories.

Went to daddys today, Saturday June 26^th. I go to a few dispensary never have I run into a staff member as rude as the security was at Daddys. This staff member who works in the front before you can enter challenged me to a fight because he said I was mad dogging him. Not only did the man challenge me to a fight he told me I was homosexual and not exactly in those words. Really unprofessional experience your security is acting as if they are irreplaceable and everyone is replaceable. I don’t write these reviews in hopes of something negative occurring only positivity by way of an attitude change for this member of your staff.

I love this shop! Everyone employed is knowledgable and there are great meds. MHT 2014 approves!

My sister and I have been coming to Daddy’s for years. They took us in when they weren’t really taking new patients, and we’ve been here ever since.
We absolutely love Daddy’s, yes their prices are a little bit higher, but the quality of their stuff is worth it. We’ve always been treated well by the staff, and even when we haven’t been in in awhile, they always seem to remember us. I have to disagree with the reviews about poor customer service, this place has some of the best costumer service of any place I’ve been too.
Another thing I love about Daddy’s is how knowledgable they are about all their products. I always ask for recommendations and they don’t disappoint. You won’t be sorry if you choose to come here. Trust me!

I have been here many times, and usually the customer service is ok– the prices are just so-​so.
However, I have experienced the same problem with this shop more than once: I call to ask if they have a particular item in stock, and they say they do… but when I get there they have no idea what I’m talking about.
The employees here seem to be too busy thinking they are cool to actually check on inventory for you. you’ll probably do better shopping online.

They purposely did not give me my money’s worth three times in a row, and when I called them back to let them know, they blamed me for their mistakes!!! Ha.
Jason is the owner, but when your employees lie about you, talking to ANYBODY, I’d say that’s a wake up call.
Don’t go here.

I was always treated badly by the staff. Horribly over treated buds. Pitiful excuse for a dispensary. Worst service ever. Zero stars. Crooks, all of them. Banning hardworking loyal customers. Overpriced everything. Boycott this store.

Dig their glass, pipes, and bongs, always chill nice people behind the counter. Whenever I need a new piece, I come here first. Good quality stuff ranging from affordable to «I’m the Bill Gates of Stoners.»
I can’t speak on the Collective, as when I brought in my card, I was told they were full, and weren’t taking any new patients.
No problem at all, I get the same quality at better prices right down the street. So that alone is my only real negative thing, they simply didn’t want my several ounce a month business, luckily for me I’ve got no shortage of collectives that invite me with open arms. Several times I’ve gone in there is a big Rottiweiller patrolling around, pretty intimidating for most people. He’s friendly though:)
All in all good shop, friendly people, decent prices.
