Sherman Oaks Floral Boutique

This is a scam, I ordered and paid online for same day birthday delivery on ¹⁰⁄₃₀. Was not able to reach anyone in the shop Friday or Saturday, the customer service line just hangs up when you press the #2 for support, Flowers never delivered, no call, no response, fortunately so far no charge to my credit card but had to put stop on potential payment should it come in. Very disappointed, waited all day for flowers to be delivered and nothing. Never again! Not even sure there is a flower shop there, but definitely going to check it out and see what the heck happened!

Do not use this florist. No one answers the phone and there is no voice mail. Placed an order yesterday, received a confirmation and it has not delivered yet! There is an 800 number on their website that connects to a florist in Florida. Sent an email using their contact address and no response. Very poor service.

There are about 4 or 5 flower shops within a quarter mile of here so what makes this one special? It’s the selection of unusual orchids and roses coupled with the artistic ability of the florist who, as it turns out, is also the owner. I came in to get my mom an arrangement for her birthday and had a budget of $ 100. I asked her to do what she could and gave her complete artistic control. To say I was amazed would be an understatement. What I walked out with looked like it should have cost me $ 250. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Very pleased. Ordered a surprise arrangement, was delivered on time, and looked exactly like the picture on the website.

Placed an order 8÷20÷14 to be delivered 8÷21÷14. Received an email confirming purchase and delivery date. Made sure someone was around all day today to receive flowers. 11:30pm. No flowers. 100% dissatisfied!
–My wife made me change this because they delivered flowers the next day and dropped the delivery charge and the arrangement was generous, but no communication as far as approx delivery time and nearly missed getting them since they didn’t come till 6:45pm… only communication as far as delivery time was we don’t deliver after 5 which was only request for original date. Not the day they came. Which wasn’t convenient. Not interested in ever dealing w this business again.

I’ve never had anyone deliver flowers to me before. They are amazing. Top quality flowers. My boyfriend surprised me with flowers from the floral boutique. Top of the line flowers and service. The flowers were their right when I got to work. Great start for a great valentines day. Thank you Adi. I really appreciate and love the flowers

I ordered birthday flowers from NY for my girlfriend who lives in Sherman Oaks. I spoke on the phone with Ady. She was extremely helpful in customizing an arrangement (over the phone no less) and even helped me with wording for the card (Hey, I’m a guy… we need all the help we can get!). The arrangement was delivered on her birthday and my girlfriend was moved to tears. She snapped a bunch of photos for me and the flowers were beautiful. I feel like I have a ‘secret weapon’ now. I will be sure use Sherman Oaks Florist from now on whether it’s for a special occasion or just for the hell of it. Highly recommended.

It’s 1130am and they are closed when their business hours say they should be open at 930am.

This florist is hands down the BEST, MOST customer service orientated florist/​flower delivery company I have ever worked with. I am constantly sending «thank you» buoquets to clients and colleagues in my industry for referrals, the holidays, etc and i have always been impressed and had my highest expectations met with every order. Addy, the owner, is happy to take the time to customize an arrangement for your specific needs and seems to truly enjoy making her customers happy! I would highly reccommend this florist to anyone and would not listen to some of the posts that happened to not have their expectations met on last minute orders during one of the busiest times of the year for a florist (ie Mothers Day or Valentine’s Day)…i ordered flowers for both of those occassions to mulitple recipients and everyone loved them and the arrangements were spectacular.

Called and ordered a bouquet for Valentine’s Day. After dropping $ 174, I couldn’t wait for my gf to call and thank me. Waited… waited… 5:45 pm, she walks through the door at home… no flowers. I immediately called the store — voice mail.
I thought maybe they would try to deliver it late… because everyone wants flowers delivered at work on V-​Day at 8 pm, right? Nobody called me, nobody called her, nothing. Just completely ignored the fact I made an order at all. I still don’t know where my flowers are and no word from the store.
Sadly, Valentine’s Day is over and luckily my gf’s feelings aren’t hurt. I’m hoping to get them on the phone today and get a refund — I don’t want them delivered today, I don’t want them at all anymore. I just want my money back.

Extremely disappointed.
I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday. Her birthday is the day before Valentine’s Day and I know how busy flower shops get around that time. I ordered 11 days in advance. ELEVEN!
It was around 5PM and flowers still weren’t delivered. I called the shop (had to call multiple times as the line was constantly busy) to check up on the order. Person who answered the phone had a bit of an attitude. She put me on hold for 10 minutes, then picked up and asked me if I’d like to place an order (???). Anyway, then she told me that my order is in the next «batch» and as soon as driver comes back he’ll pick up my batch and start delivering. From there I ask, do they just have one delivery guy during such busy times? Unacceptable.
It is now 9PM and flowers still haven’t been delivered, I am so angry and frustrated. I will NEVER order flowers from them again and I’ll tell my friends to watch out as well. Calling tomorrow to get my money back. By far worst experience ever.

My boss gets his arrangements from Sherman Oaks Floral boutique and they are very nice arrangements and have always been very fresh. The last ones I received lasted almost 2 weeks! Highly recommended.

Received a HUGE bouquet of flowers from this flower boutique yesterday for Valentine’s Day. However much I wanted to love the arrangement and the wonderful splash of color, I an’t help to feel a bit disappointed that the flowers were bent/​half wilted! Especially the pink roses which were right in the middle of the centerpiece — they were already turning brown upon receipt! It looked as if I’ve had this bouquet of flowers for a couple days instead of just a couple of minutes. I changed the water and added the flower food the deliveryman provided to me in hopes that the flowers can be salvaged, but alas, they still look pretty dead. Also, the orchids in the arrangement were all still in bub form, just pea-​sized bubs. I think the arrangement would’ve been better if the orchids were actually blooming, not
The gentlemen who delivered the flowers to me was very nice, wished me happy V-​day and such. So the service was great.
I’m not sure how much this arrangement costs, but no bouquet — small or big — should have wilted and damaged flowers in them ! Especially arrangements that probably cost over $ 50.
2 Stars for the super nice gentleman who delivered them to me, the variety of flowers and the creativity of the arrangement. –3 for the flowers being half dead upon arrival. I mean, it’s a flower shop, their business is to deliver fresh flowers. If i wanted to get half dead flowers, I would’ve just gone to a park and picked some myself.

Ordered a floral arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day and she received half wilted flowers. How mortifying to have my mom receive such a horrible looking arrangement on Mother’s Day no less. I was VERY disappointed.
The owner did not immediately return my email but two days after Ady (the owner) did call me to rectify the situation. She said there were many deliveries on the West side that day and my mom’s flowers probably spent a lot of time in a hot van, resulting in wilted flowers. She apologized for delivering the arrangement in that state and offered to replace the flowers in person. I have to say, I am a fan. My mom received her flowers that same night and she was also impressed with the service.
I am extremely happy with the way this whole thing played out. Kudos to Ady for stepping up and making sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.
