If I could rate this business with more stars, I certainly would! I had a minor dent on my bumper and went for an estimate. I spoke with Jr., and he told me he could take the small
dent out at a most reasonable price, unbelievably low! I almost fainted, I had another estimate from a sketchy repair shop in the vicinity that was several hundreds of dollars!
Jr was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. If I ever need any other
auto body work, this is the place I will go! PLUS I will recommend Certified to everyone who needs repairs! Outstanding!

The folks here were recommended by a gentleman who performed some minor auto services for me at a 76 gas station on 6^th & La Brea in mid-​Wilshire. The service was impeccable and the hospitality was a pleasant and welcome addition to their top notch service. Mike is the hippest and the coolest. A «good egg» — as they used to say. I immediately recommended another friend whose car suffered far more damage than mine and they were equally satisfied. It didn’t occur to me to take before and after pictures. (RATS!) Needless to say, not only was my dent repaired, but he touched up a few nicks and scrapes as well. Anyway, all smiles when leaving that place. I had been looking for a reputable body shop for about 4 years and it’s like a recommendation just dropped out of the sky. Thank God for miracles.

I must say they have a lot of 5 star reviews and there is a good reason for that… they are just awesome. Junior literally could not have been any nicer or more helpful to me in fixing up our Honda Odyssey. His knowledge of our car was unbelievable and he went out of his way to give me all the info I needed to get the car fixed up. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone who need work done on their car!

I have used them many times in the past, but not for the amount of damage my car sustained to front end. Could have been totaled by insurance, but it was such a perfect car and such low mileage that they worked with my insurers to repair my baby to new.

My brand new Fiat 500x was rear ended and there was significant bumper and muffler damage. Their shop was highly recommended to me, so I brought it in. Mike and Jr. were very kind and eased me into the process, assuring me that they would handle everything and it would look like it was never hit. I trusted them, and I’m glad I did. Oh, Mike even drove me home after I dropped my car off.
Although they looked really busy, it only took about a week for them to repair my car. I came in to take a look at it prior to it being ready and they noticed some additional damage on my passenger side door, which they took the initiative to fix without additional charges. **Major bonus points!!**
When I came to pick up my car this morning, it was washed and looked brand spanking new! They were absolutely right… what accident? I asked Jr. to help me attach my license plates and he immediately did so. He also added air to one of my tires that was running low.
To top it all off, they took my rental vehicle off my hands so I wouldn’t have to return it to the rental company and offered to take care of the few scratches I managed to get on it.
Thank you guys so much! Although I hope I don’t get into anymore accidents, I know where I’ll be taking my car if such an unfortunate event occurs.

I love this place and the people here! It’s faster and cheaper than other body shop. I scratched my car for some time, one shop asked for a scary price and one week time, but here, gave me a reasonable price and only 3 days for the fixing. I was so happy for having a wonderful shop near my house. I recommend everyone this place for your car things.

Finding this shop was a true gift. Junior was so amazingly kind, good, and helpful. He reattached my bumper that had nearly been pulled off by a rogue rebar poking up out of a parking block! And he did it for nothing. He wanted to help me and Heaven knows, I needed it. He is an angel indeed. To find people so honest, kind, and generous is a real blessing, and I am very grateful. This is a long overdue review as I sit in another body shop awaiting my insurance companies inspection of my car (only reason I’m at another shop).
My car was repaired here in November 2015 after someone backed into it while it was parked at home. The guy who hit it was nice enough to leave a note for me and he didn’t want to go through insurance understandably. I got a total of 3 quotes. 1^st one more than $ 700, 2^nd one $ 300 (shady place recommended by the guy who hit my car), 3^rd one here came in at a very fair $ 550. Saw their great reviews and they’re right in my neighborhood.
Service was second to none! Almost impossible to get this good of service anywhere. They (and I) patiently waited or the other guy to make 2 installment payments to cover damages. Dealt w/​Michael via phone and Junior in person. Both were great people. They arranged to have a rental car available at the shop for me when I dropped my car (they also got this at a cheap price & rolled it into the estimate for the guy who was paying the bill to cover it easily since he didn’t own a credit card). My car was ready when they said it would be– EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME as I work long hours and do not have the option of leaving work to go take care of a car let alone anything else.
Couldn’t praise this place enough. Quality of work has held up just fine so far & for what’s it worth– it was entirely bumper damage and the paint matched perfectly w/​surrounding structure. Car is a 2010 model.

Found my next auto and body shop in LA. As a new resident in California I had to switch plates. My license plate bolt was broken in rear bumper. I brought my car to the shop and was greeted with kindness. The team removed the bolt in no time. They didn’t charge me. I will definitely refer customers to them, even better I will continue to come back. Much thanks again!

I saw all these 5 star reviews and I was skeptical since I know some companies pay others to write reviews. I went to this Auto Body shop today, and now I know why they have 5 stars and all the rave reviews are real!
My front bumper was basically falling off. Mike told me it needed to just be secured with the screws. They were able to fix it in just a few minutes and they didn’t even charge me since it was so minor!
I completely get it now. I trust this shop and if I ever need body work, I will be back here.

Excellent and meticulous work. I wish I can give 6 stars. I am a perfectionist and I must say their work is hands down the finest I have ever experienced. Not that I get into a lot of accidents, but living in Los Angeles stuff happens. Mike (the owner) and Junior are the nicest people who truly understand how to treat their customers. Communication has been excellent, phone calls are always shortly returned and questions answered without and concerns.
No need to shop around, this is the ONLY Auto Body Shop that has proved a few times over to deliver the finest results.

And all they asked was a little tip for the worker!!!

Had a hit and run while my car was parked. Los Angeles, is it me or is it you? I’ve been hit 3 times while I was parked — ugh!
I didn’t want to deal with insurance and I have a high deductible, so I wanted to pay out of pocket. I got two estimates and Certified Collision Craft was 50% less than the other estimate. It was done on time and when I pointed out something that they missed, they took care of it right away. My car was buffed and cleaned (on the inside too!).

It was that kind of day… you know what kind I’m talking about… when you do something really stupid. I woke up and the very first thing I did was run my car into a gate and it stole my side mirror.
Okay the truth is the automatic gate closed on me and maybe I didn’t see it however my car was the victim of this act. My poor little car had its side mirror broken off and it was hanging off the car for dear life. Ironically this is the second time this has happened in the last few months except the first time wasn’t my fault. The exact same mirror was broken off! That will be explained more in another review on the body shop that fixed it the first time.
However, I found this place on Unilocal in a hurry. I mean I had a hanging mirror dangling on the side of the car, so it made it hard to drive. I called Junior and he told me to come in. When I got there, Junior helped me immediately. He took a look at my car and then accessed the damage. I was stressed because I had just paid $ 350 for this same mirror and I didn’t want to spend that much again.
I was shortly greeted by a man named Michael who I believe is the owner. He asked me if I wanted to save money and use a mirror they had available instead of ordering a new one from Toyota. He also offered to put a new cover on the mirror. I was sacrificing not having a Toyota mirror but I really didn’t care. It’s just a side mirror, and my mirrors aren’t heated or anything special. This normally would cost like $ 350 but he charged me $ 150.
This was awesome but what makes them a 5 star business is that they fixed both my mirrors. I didn’t even ask them to fix the other side where the outside shell was missing. They painted new covers to match both mirrors. Awhile back someone hit my parked car and didn’t even have the decency to leave the shell so I couldn’t fix my car. This business went above and beyond for practically chump change to fix my car. Thankfully they didn’t try to take advantage of me like a lot of other body shops I called.
The extra plus was that this place is within walking distance to my spinning studio. I was able to drop my car off and run to my spin class while they fixed it. They told me no problem, they would take care of everything. Talk about making my life simple!
