I gave it a four stars for it’s value. There are lots of nicer hotels in the area but this one has it all, for less than one hundred dollars. It’s in walking distance to uptown shops and restaurants. It has red rock views, provides parking, offers breakfast, has laundry and hot tub. The room is clean. We stayed at the one king bed room with a kitchenette. Plenty room for us, family of three, with one young child.
The reason I didn’t give it a five: The bed is creaking, every time I turn or flip, I woke up because of the noise.

I would describe our room as «quaint». Some folks might call it «small». But, check-​in was friendly, quick and professional. The room was very clean. Location not the best, it’s in a residential neighborhood. Short walk to shopping and restaurants in Uptown Sedona. Reserved room on second floor was not available as promised, so we took a room on first floor. I would stay here again, but other hotels in the area provide much better views of the beautiful red rocks.
