Meet the Manager

Edric P.

Manager

Edric can trace his fondness for the fresh and local back to his native Pacific Northwest, where as a kid he would pilot his dingy into the coves of Puget Sound in search of Dungeness Crab to bring back for the weekend family feast. That meal would typically involve his mother and grandmother cooking up more food than the guests could possibly eat, and the enthusiasm behind those giant buffets are what first got him into the kitchen. One of his favorite dishes remains his mom’s Six Hour Stroganoff. «I’m an all-​American boy. I grew up eating casseroles and beef that we raised on our little farm.»

Chef Pratt attended culinary school in Bremerton, WA and worked his way through various positions at chain restaurants. He strayed from cooking for a couple years before realizing «few things make me more happy than when people finish eating something I made and say that was incredible.» He relocated to Sedona and became Sous Chef at Hundred Rox, and having assumed the mantle of Executive
