Established in 1993.

Steele Bros. Heating Inc. is a family owned and operated heating & cooling company located in Littleton, Colorado. Our President, Dave Donahoe, has served the construction industry in the Front Range since 1983. Over the years, Steele Bros. Heating Inc. has provided heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in more than 100,000 single and multi-​family homes — new construction as well as retrofit replacement/​installation.

Business Owner

Dave Donahoe, President, started in the HVAC industry in 1983 as an apprentice installer. Through the years, he has held many positions including Purchasing Manager, Sales and Service Manager. Dave became Vice President and General Manager of Steele Bros. in 2005 and in 2011 became President and Owner. Dave instills in his staff the same core values he learned early in his career, «If you treat people with respect and give them a fair price, you will have a customer for life.»
