Perfect falafel tacos! I’m no falafel shark but this is the best falafel I’ve tasted. It was super crispy and full of flavor. This was balanced with very fresh salsa and tortillas that were strong enough to hold together without being too heavy. This truck included a handful of taco options including lamb and chicken. The service was friendly and fairly quick. I found them at the Terry Ave Saturday Market. If you find yourself around this truck I have to urge you to try it!
