I love this place for brows and lashes, and the owner is great, but I agree that the quality of mani/pedis has gone downhill. I have found myself going elsewhere for those services. They could also work on the overall experience, but for the price, that’s pretty low on my list of priorities.

Oh, hell no! Worst pedicure of my life. 15 second brushing is all the exfoliation you get. 30 seconds each foot for massage. But the worst– I am rushed over to dry and I see that not only do I have sloppy, streaked nail polish, the girl has cut my nails WAY TOO SHORT and some at a sharp inward angle. I can’t even fix the damage she’s done for a few weeks when they grow out! Apology? No way. Dead stare from the girl and her manager as I point to my ugly, angled, mutilated toenails. SKIP THIS PLACE, NO MATTER WHAT!!!

My friend and I were both very disappointed. The price was nice, we both got simple manicures, but I guess you get what you pay for. The main lady was very nice, but the other one wasn’t so much. My manicure was done very quick with no hand massage or lotion, while my friend next to me got a massage. The bathroom had no light and no TP, so we had to use the potty with the door open. My friend left with one bloody nail and her nails were chipped with in a day or 2. I just had clear gloss, but there were lumps in it. Oh well. It will be a long time before I get another manicure.

I came here yesterday for an acrylic manicure, after seeing that they did nail art. The ladies working were pretty cold and unwelcoming at first, but eventually warmed up when it was apparent that I am a nail enthusiast and a laid back client.
I paid $ 21 for a fill and $ 18 for nail art, which is double what I pay in NYC and LA. The manicure was great quality though, and the younger girl working did a nice job on my nail art. She was also very fast and precise. No hand massage. Visa/MasterCard only.

Took my assistant out for a quick manicure lunch. The girls we super nice and very accommodating. We showed them some cute designs off Pinterest and they made it happen! Our new nail spot from now on!

I am travelling through Seattle and desperately needed to get an infill and pedicure so went to Summer nails. I have paint on my toes, a crooked trim, and the worst infill of my life. Even the top coat is uneven and didn’t cover the whole nail on every finger. Forget about this place.

I went in for a brow wax and the woman was very friendly and the place is nice enough, but I have bold features and said very clearly ‘just a tidy up, not too thin please’ and walked out nearly in tears with thin eyebrows, one thinner than the other. It was hurried and I won’t be coming back as I’m pretty upset about how my face looks with these ridiculously thin and lopsided brows.

My favorite place. I’ve been a customer here for at least five years and I love it. It’s been fun helping the girls with their English, watching the infant grow up A bit (she’s two now) and getting close with the lovely Vietnamese workers. I visit a minimum of once a month for a fill and probably every six weeks for a pedicure.

I hate to give so few stars, because they were nice & fast and cheap even, but within 2 days my nails were a chipped mess. I regularly get a traditional non-gel $ 15 manicure to last 10 – 12 days.

I really wanted to like this place but I did not get the attention I needed. Things seemed great at first until someone else walked in and my girl wasn’t even looking at what she was doing. She clearly was worried about making her next dollar… She scrubbed one foot and forgot the other (while looking away the whole time). She also hurt my cuticles with the nippers. When it was time for the nails she did an ok job but I had to ask her to put my stuff down and please give me a top coat so I wouldn’t get red polish on my walls at home. I was super nice the whole time and I was really let down Bc this was a treat to myself after having my wisdom teeth pulled. I’m too nice to not tip. Wish I hadn’t!

I’ve only been here to get shellac nails. They girls are attentive and pays attention to details to my nails. The shellac I get here seems to last me alot longer than most other places I’ve been too.
