Quality Inn Sea-Tac Airport

The room was clean but needs to be renovated. Ample free parking and a half decent free breakfast. Service was exceptional, very friendly front desk and they even called me five minutes after I got to my room to check if everything was okay. Paid $ 73 for one night in early December 2015. It’s close to the SeaTac Airport (about a five minute drive) and there are a few places to eat within driving distance. Perfect for an overnight stay if you just need a place to crash before flying out.

This hotel seems to miss little things, like power at the desk. The last two trips I’ve had to ask foe an extension cord. Parking is easy, breakfast is fine, the staff is helpful.

I booked this place for my parents to catch the next day flight, they had a really bad experience!
My father had a very bad backache that day that he could barely walk, the lady gave them a room in the very back of the hotel which was in the end of the hall way in the 1^st fl (it’s actually in the –1fl). My parents asked to change another room the answer was all the rooms was out. After they finally got into the room, (my mom had to carry all the package) There was NO hot water in the room! Okay fine, so my mom went to the front desk to ask if they can do anything about that, the lady was like” well I don’t know~ maybe we can change you to another room” WTF! She just said all the rooms was out!
Then my mom was stressed out (Cauz she had all day traveling, my father’s back hurt, and they have 5am flight the next morning) and she called me crying, I felt terrible because I couldn’t do anything to help them but only to make a phone call to complain!
I definitely not going to book there anymore, and I will tell all my friends not to!

I was shopping for parking for a short business trip and was ready to pay $ 15 per day plus taxes, fees & surcharges at Master lot when I found that Quality Inn offers some parking as well. It was only $ 13 for the day with all fees included. Shuttle was easy and when I returned it was there in less than 5 mins (maybe I got lucky, but that was sweet!).
If you are looking for a great parking deal, I recommend these guys highly!

Got our room for $ 39 for the night. Great price for a night next to the airport. It was clean and the staff was friendly!
Two things that bothered me, our water temerature went from cold to burning hot in seconds withiut warning. So didnt let kids take showers as mine was so painful lol and heard every door slam shut in the night making for a not so restful night.
Breakfast was hot and filling. Wish they started breakfast a little earlier than 6am so we didn’t feel so rushed. Had to get to airport. We left our vehicle at the hotel for only $ 50 for a week! Smoking deal, and they keep an eye on it. Was there when we got back. Airport shuttle is free and very convenient both ways with a super nice and helpful driver. Would stay here again.

This hotel that we stayed in was very near to the airport so you would have quick access to the airport. I would not say that the area where the hotel was located was good but once after you enter the hotel you will never have that thought. This hotel has a private parking with a gate so you dont have to worry about your car. The room was pretty good and the bathroom was clean.
The receptionist was so friendly that we got some suggestion from her on which national park was worth seeing in seattle. The breakfast was awesome, they serve both hot and cold breakfast and have lots of choices. Best hotel for moderate rate. One last thing they do have free shuttle service to the airport.

Due to the stormy weather delayed, I wasn’t able to catch my connecting on time so airline arranged my stay here in quality inn. As coming back from Reykjavik, stayed at a supposedly 4 star hotel (oh well, you’d be surprise)… In comparisons, first stop here in Seatac, I’ll have to say… Really can’t ask for more. Phoned the front desk and the kind lady guided me as I walked toward the courtesy pick up location, explained clearly where and how to find our shuttle, waited for about 2 mins then the shuttle came, driver greeted us warmly and handed over our luggages, can’t go smoother than that! Total hustle free! Short ride for around 5 mins then we arrived at the hotel, very quickly we checked in and got into our room (#232). You can tell is a old hotel that’s been here serving travelers around the world, and it’s a busy hotel right by the airport what do you expect? Comfy beds and clean sheets/​towels (they do give you lots of towels, big plus)…You really can’t ask for more. However I have to take one star down just because all the noices coming from the bed, floor/​ciling and walls/​doors. That makes me feel somewhat unsafe and can’t really avoid not waking your friend up by just get up and walk from the bed to the bathroom.
Overall is fine and if on a budget or being arranged by airline like me this time (flying economic class, should be happy they didn’t let you sleep on that cold dirty airport floor my friend!), try to make the best of it I think this place is pretty decent for what it is.

Certain names of businesses can set you up for failure. Speedy Cash looses the effect of its name if it takes forever to get your money. Tasty Cakes are not so tasty if you get a bad batch.
I can add to that list Quality Inn, since the one we just stayed at was anything but «Quality».
A better name would be «Holding out until the building falls apart Inn.» A little wordy, but a better fit for what your expectations should be.
1. Quality Inn’s phone wasn’t working. Tried to call them to let them know we were at the airport and ready for pick up.
2. Ended up paying for a cab because hotel phone not working.
3. Told our room wasn’t ready and was told check in is at 3. Website and paperwork says that check in is at 2.
4. When we called before we booked a room, we asked if they had a shuttle to the Pier. They said yes but didn’t disclosed that it would be an additional $ 12 per person.
5. No apologies from the front desk when we checked in. Didn’t get an apology until we spoke to a manager the following morning. We did get our cab fair back at that point.
6. Rooms not clean. There was trash behind one of the chairs in the corner of the room.
7. Musky smell, floors were warped and paint peeling off of the walls. Smells and feels like there was water damage at some point.

Stayed here one night and parked for 7. Came back to 2 big dings on car door. Room was small, damp and had funky smells. This was once a nice place to stay, but needs some serious work. Its been ridden hard. Pay more and stay somewhere else and prtect your car.

OMG. Check in was at 2pm, but I didn’t check in until 4pm. They gave me the key and when I got to my room, it wasn’t even done! –_​_​–
A worker was blocking the hallway when I got out of the elevator. I asked politely TWICE to get through and he ignored me!
The lock to the bathroom door did NOT work in our room (which definitely isn’t fun when sharing a room with three guys).
And I wanted to change my payment type at checkout but the lady at the counter would not let me.
Seriously? Worst hotel I’ve been too. And the workers need to be RETRAINED in customer service. (And maybe need some happy pills)

Got to the hotel, there were four people waiting and it was clear the girl working the counter had no f-​ing clue what she was doing. I had booked two rooms which was a problem for them also because the maids had never turned in a list of clean rooms even though we had arrived an hour after check in time.
Got to the «clean» rooms about forty minutes after arriving. There was no mint on the pillow but I was greeted by a turd in the toilet and a trail of cookie dust leading to one of the lumpy mattreses.
Every night we had to fight for parking. Although there was an abandoned trailer in the lot and an asshole in a Corvette that was constantly double parked. When I mentioned the Vette to the guys at the desk they said «I don’t blame him»…I asked if they would blame me when I dumped a hot loaf on his hood and broke off his windshield wipers.
All of my parties key cards were deactivated on the second day. The desk said they were probably all demagnetized. This makes perfect sense if you are mentally retarded and do not understand how magnets work. I would have respected them more if they told me they hate me, I suck and they did it to f with me.
Third night I come back and ask where to park. (SEE ABOVE). Five employees are standing in the lobby while a sobbing woman is recounting her tale of another guest attempting to sexually assault her in a shower to a local policeman. Exact words «He told me to take off my clothes and suck his dick». Probably the douche in the Corvette.
My friend had a dream that night that Paris Hiltons wanted to have rough sex with him. In fact she wanted him to burn her genitals with a hot paper clip. He didn’t want to but she was so aggressive about it that he finally gave in. I believe these horrifying night terrors are directly correlated to the hotel experience.
Checkout took forever… If you can believe it. The girl working the counter could not figure out how to load paper into the printer. Maybe the printer was demagnetized.
The breakfast was amazing. They have a waffle maker. My friend ate 1 and ¾ waffles after talking all day and night about how he was going to eat at least 5. He fell 3 and ¼ short but that speaks more to the quality of his character than the quality of the food, and the overall integrity of his boasts. They also have eggs and sausage.
In conclusion… what the fuck

I don’t know what’s up with the silly review… For the price we paid, it was a wonderful stay! Complimentary breakfast with fresh waffles, comfy beds, friendly staff, got water and guest shuttle. The comforter was thinner than I would have liked, but the rooms had heater and ac. I will come back if I ever need a hotel in the area.

possibly the worst hotel i’ve ever been in. i found the management horribly rude and the rooms were average (at best) but very, very overpriced. i will never use this hotel again. sleeping on the streets would be better (and likely safer).

My family stayed here on a Saturday night. A 2-​star hotel is not really my 1^st choice, but I didn’t feel like shelling out over $ 150 only to sleep for a few hours. We were arriving late to begin with, so there was no major need to have all the unnecessary amenities. The hotel had everything we needed for the less than 12 hours of stay. We needed a free shuttle from Sea-Tac…free Internet access…2 beds… TV…clean bathroom — all of which were available. The icing on the cake free continental breakfast (so I thought it’d be just muffins, Danish, coffee… but no!!! Scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, fruits, hard boiled eggs… and more!!!) We also needed a shuttle to the nearest Light Rail, and they gladly drove us! Don’t expect the Four Seasons, or to be pampered — but overall, it does the job. Know what you want and why you’re staying here :-)

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room had everything we needed but if it doesn’t, the staff will find it for you. Very clean room.

I had one of the worst nights in a hotel ever here.
I was in room 112. In the room above, there were two people. They were active. Very active. Not only were they active until about 2 am, at 3 am one of them decided that he’d like to get up and walk around a bit, use the facilities, and set his alarm clock. Then he shifted from side to side in his bed, getting comfortable, until at 4 am he stopped moving.
I had to get up at 4:30 am. I was so sleep deprived the next day that I wasn’t able to focus on anything at work, and it’s put me a day’s work behind. I don’t know if this is just the curse of room 112 and the other places are fine — but in my experience there’s no soundproofing, and some very creaky beds.

I spent five nights in this hotel this past week and it was very comfortable. The front desk seemed a little disorganized in regards to finding reservations, but everything else was really good.
The best part about the stay were the beds. Big and comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. There is a nice breakfast available every morning, and the location is great. Less than a mile from the airport, with plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The light rail is about a ten minute walk away and will take you into downtown Seattle for $ 2.50.
Highly recommended accommodations!
PS — The free wi-​fi was a nice bonus!

This Quality Inn location is ok, for the price charged. The location is very convenient (if your goal is to stay near the airport) with free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are decent in size, the bed is fairly comfortable, and overall, is fairly clean. The staff their is pretty friendly too. Like other Quality Inn locations, they serve free breakfast every morning. So, if you are just looking for a cheap place to spend the night for your early flight the next morning, this is a decent place to stay.

Pro: Comfy mattress. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Shuttles were on time. AC quickly cooled the room. Location is within 5 minutes of driving time from the airport.
Con: Ultra Small pillows. Dim lighting in the room. Served green bananas in the breakfast room (the kind that we had trouble even peeling). The surrounding area is shady after dark and it’s hard to find a spot for late night dining without a car (luckily dominos pizza delivers and is open late)

This place at first, made me angry. They put me, my husband and newborn on a room that’s on a shared floor with smoker rooms. I seriously couldn’t sleep. Walking into the place was like walking into a casino. I even started getting an allergic reaction to the smoke (never knew I was allergic! Never been around smoke or smokers). We had to move floors or leave this place. My husband called the front desk and he explained the problem and if we could be on a different non smoking floor, he says they were nice. We finally transfered and it was MUCH better, although the room we moved to didn’t have a little dinner table like the shared-​floor-​smoking one but I didn’t care at that point. We paid 58 a night for 4 days, and it wasn’t bad. Sorta get what you pay for. I like the free breakfast, it was ok. They had a waffle maker, 2 cereal options, drinks, eggs, sausage, bagels, pastries, and yogurt. It held us over til lunch. The place looks better inside than the outside. The place looks a little run down from the outside but I didn’t want to pay too much for a place we’d only sleep at and be out all day. Another thing I didn’t like was the casino down the street that brought gamblers to the hotel, but the gamblers were weird looking people, but a lot of people were normal looking and I saw a handful of families. So this place was ok for us and it did its job.
