We had Rex and company work on a small project for us. The work was done well and the company was very professional. The willingness to work on a small project and not trying to oversell us was another bonus.

Hi I reviewed this company about five months ago and had them come out to do another project for me this week. I just wanted to re-​confirm that the experience was as good as it was the first time. They did a small but important project for me, did a very nice job, and the final price was slightly less than the estimate, which is always a welcome surprise!
I should also add that a few months after the first project they did for me, I noticed a small flaw and contacted them. They came out, fixed the issue to my satisfaction, and did not charge for the work. So they definitely stand by their work which cannot always be said of contractors.
Very happy and will be sure to call them first the next time I need carpentry done.

I would give Joe and Rex more than 5 stars if I could. We hired them to completely renovate our bathroom. Their estimate worked the best for us, both money and time.
They are everything you want in your contractor… Communicative, honest, hard working, professional, experienced and reliable.

We needed to have our master bathtub changed and some tile in the tub surround to be replaced. Rex provided various options of what could be done and then implemented the option we selected. Rex supervised the plumbers, fixed the tile, finished up the installation, and cleaned up after finishing the job. Will not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

It was great working with both Joe and Rex. They are very personable, diligent, and respectful.. For the job itself, they acted as the contractor — outsourcing some of the labor including the sheet rock repair and plumbing. I suggest they take the time to supervise that outsourced labor so that irreversible mistakes won’t be made.

I was very pleased with the work of Joe and Rex. They are prompt in responding to customers, accurate in their estimates, and offered the best price for the work that we needed done. Once on the job, they were extremely tidy and friendly.
Joe and Rex replaced a large section of fence and a gate for us at our residence. I will be using them again if we need more repairs and do not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I recently had GeRoy Construction do some wood repair work on the fascia board of my house. I initially thought the entire board would need to be replaced, but Joe and Rex determined that the wood rot wasn’t as prevalent as I had thought, and they recommended repairing, sealing, and giving the wood a good thick paint cover (a considerably less expensive job!). I really appreciated their honesty and found their pricing to be very comparable. They were speedy, very friendly, and cleaned up so that I never knew they were there — except of course for my clean new fascia board.
Additionally, I am a real estate agent and have hired GeRoy Construction to handle several handy-​man type projects for my clients (again — very thorough, honest, and price competitive.) Have also recommended them to clients/​friends to handle bigger remodel projects. Have heard nothing but good things!

I had a few projects I needed help with in my condo, and was connected by a friend to Rex and his son Joe to help… it was a great experience from start to finish on every level.
They were able to help me drywall my kitchen ceiling and match it to the remainder of the condo; they installed base boards and new door frames for the entire condo; and they removed the mantle and TV area above the fireplace and re-​framed it with studs so I could upgrade the TV. Super excited.
Their price was super reasonable and they very efficient and clean… I highly recommend them for any home improvement project.
