Pizza Craving

This place is absolutely horrible. Literally the worst food I have ever experienced and I’ve had some pretty god awful pizza and subs before. They were over an hour late, the pizza was cold, it had two pieces of spinach on it, and tasted absolutely horrible. On top of that the delivery guy demanded that I pay again even though I ordered off of grubhub and had already tipped 20%. After a few minutes of arguing I just grabbed the pizzas and said I already paid and walked inside. I opened the boxes to see what the pizza was like and was extremely disappointed at what I saw. I opened the containers of lassi and they literally smelled like paint thinner. I called to ask them to come get the food and issue a refund and the woman on the phone was combative and said we weren’t getting a discount (didn’t entertain any thought of a refund) and then hung up on me. When I called back she hung up on me again when she realized who I was.
Imagine a broken down dilapidated gas station in the middle of nowhere that has pizza that’s been sitting in a warming rack for a week and a half. You would much rather eat this pizza than what pizza cravings has to offer. Seriously. If the reviews aren’t enough to dissuade you buy and consume at your own risk. Do not recommend at all under any circumstances! Stay away!!!

One of the worst experiences ever. Took over two hours to get my order, kept trying to call, and the staff was rude. Please just do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. Not worth it.

Horrible 1^st experience. Missing items, wrong order, undercooked dough, and much more. Always read the reviews first. I didn’t do that and it turned out to be a huge regret. Will never order from them again

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
Food came over 2 hours late, and the order was completely wrong. Was so hungry when it arrived, my friends and I ate anyway. We feel sick. And not to mention the service was horrible. When my boyfriend called to complain, he got a friendly «Fu** you, mother fu**er!» from the man who answered the phone.
Will never eat here again.
Not sure why this is even an actual business. Please take my advice!

Our go-​to delivery place raised their prices so we decided to take the chance to try something new. Well, you get what you pay for. I wish we’d read the reviews first.
To summarize:
It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive our order (and several phone calls because they couldn’t find the address). The delivery person didn’t seem to care how long it had taken or that our food was cold.
There was nothing Greek about the Greek salad. More like super cheap lunch meat, dried parmesan and flavorless lettuce salad.
The chicken sandwich was more bun than filling. The chicken was dry and the sauce was meh.
The gyro was a mess, with much more lettuce than dry gyro meat. We received no tzatziki.
The chicken wings were not wings, but chopped up dry chicken, bones and all, with sauce slathered on them. The BBQ sauce was bland and gloopy. To be fair, the tandoori chicken was actually pretty good, but again, the meat was dry.
We won’t be ordering from them again.

The pizza was undercooked I ordered two pizzas. I only received one. The icecream was seriously super frostbitten. The «lasagna» was nothing more than just noodles the sweet Lassi was sour probably from yogurt molding. and the mozzarella bread sticks are nothing more than flat bread. I have already called the place asking for them to come take their food back and to give me a refund. The only thing I got that wasn’t completely garbage and disgusting was a can of coke. Oh and the delivery driver couldn’t figure out my house and went to my neighbors instead. I had to go out of my door and call him over. The place is less than a mile away and the food was very cold by the time it got to me.
Update feeling sick from eating some of this food. Also just found out this is the same scam of a place as the Bombay grill. I could have sworn I gave a negative review of that as well…

Food looks like some high school kid made it in home-​ech class. Tastes just like it looks. Overpriced. Took forever to arrive. They guy didn’t even come to my door I had to go find him. I tried them twice hoping my negative experience was a fluke. Nope. Same quality, same service both times… Never again.

Just positively AWFUL! They were 40 minuted late. The Pizzas were a) wrong… b) cold… and c) DIS-​gusting! Completely gummy crust, with freezer-​burned cheap meat on them. Plus, they left the kulfi/​dessert off of our $ 50 order, too.
Thank GAWD we ordered through Eat24 … so that we could be assured of getting a refund for this garbage, unlike some of the other people I’ve read here. How is this place still in business? Obviously their business model involves trapping first-​timers into spending money with them. How long will it take them to run out of first-​timers?

I will never order from here again. The food I received did not even come close to their descriptions. After waiting nearly 2 hours for our food to arrive, we were hungry, so we tried to eat it.
The salad was the worst chicken salad I ever had. The chicken appeared to be boiled and had some kind of orange seasoning on it. The only other ingredient was a bed of iceberg lettuce. It was supposed to have romaine lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers.
We ate one piece of the pizza. It was supposed to be a bacon double cheeseburger pizza with ground beef, bacon, onions, mozzarella, and cheddar. We got a pizza with sausage, pepperoni, an unidentifiable meat, and feta cheese.
A complete waste of money.

Ok this place is a scam and deserves a 0! They took my money and won’t reimburse me and I never got my food ever. I waited for 6 hours and called multiple times saying my order was on the way and it never came. I have never been so mistreated as a customer in my life, and I work in customer service. I know what is right from wrong. I have reported this to the BBB. This is fraud. You can’t take a customers money and then not get anything in return. Unbelievable!

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this pizza. A very interesting take on the pie that we’ve all grown to love. If you don’t mind a small wait (my pizza came well over two hours after I placed my order), you’ll be rewarded with a complex and delicious vacation for your taste buds. The downside is that the pizza was severely undercooked. Luckily I recently had my oven repaired and was able to pop the pie in for half an hour until it was good to go! I’ll definitely order from these guys again.

Took two hours to get our delivery. Food was cold and just overall disgusting. Gyro has curry. Garlic chicken sandwich was soggy. Chicken bites are just chopped up curried chicken breast that tasted more like plastic. First negative review I’ve ever written. Go to your local gas station for better food.

If I could, I would give this place a 0 out of 5 stars. It was late and soggy, unsalted, and gross. I have never had such bad service as this and food was horrible.

The Pizza Cravings near me didn’t have Unilocal reviews according to Eat24, and their menu looked good so I gave it a shot. Pure FAIL. We ordered two types of pizza. They got one of them wrong and both were under undercooked. One of them was so undercooked it was basically just dough near the middle. Never again.

First time ordering, hungry, late night, 2 kinds of pizza and a small salad, very happy, pizza was great, will order again!

Food came after 3 hours of waiting, cold. and gross. Don’t order from here.

Everything was disappointing. Ordered via Grubhub, so maybe something was lost in translation. In any case, they screwed up our salads — ordered three Caesars and one Greek. Ended up with three salads with Ranch dressing. Really gross Ranch dressing at that. You could actually taste the sugar in the dressing. Yuck. And then our pizzas… not at all what we ordered. In both cases we ordered thin crust. Either I have a different idea of what thin crust is, Grubhub screwed up our order, or the pizza place screwed up. In any case, we asked for no olives on our pepperoni, but they screwed that up too. Bummer. Saw the reviews and had high hopes. This place severely disappointed. This pizza was basically crap.

Desperate for something different and new because I was sick and couldn’t cook, I decided to give this place a shot.
What a mess… I should’ve known better than to get excited over Indian pizza or an Indian fusion pasta place in general. I love Indian food. However, while the food arrived, it was close to 2 HOURS LATE, COLD and WRONG.
Order placed via Unilocal/​eat24 at 5:36 with a delivery time that was 6:36pm…food arrived after 7:30pm. The restaurant is located FIVE MILES from us.
How was the order wrong? One dish they have on the menu is Butter Penne Pasta (vegetarian), which I ordered. We got Chicken Butter Penne Pasta. Hubby couldn’t eat that because he’s vegetarian! The salad was meh and wilted. The other pasta dish ordered was Chicken Pesto. I know what pesto is and that was not a creamy pesto sauce — more like Italian seasoning thrown on a creamy dish.
Both dishes were cold and completely horrible. We ended up throwing it out and eating eggs and toast for dinner.
Overall a huge clusterf*ck of poorly executed delivery and service.
$ 41.77 for late food which consisted of 2 pasta dishes and a salad.

Ordered cheesy garlic bread and a pizza through Eat24 from this place. The cheesy garlic bread was a lie — what we got was dry and bland flatbread that was definitely not cheesy. The pizza had uncooked meat on it. All in all inedible and completely disappointing. Luckily a «Kimchi» with Eat24 refunded that part of our order, but still a big let down when we were craving some cheesy bread.

I wish I had read the previous orders before ordering from Pizza Cravings tonight. I had the exact same experience as reviewer Jen. I’d ordered from this place before and it actually wasn’t all that bad. I was craving a gyro tonight, anyway. Long story short, two of the employees lied to me on the phone and said the driver was «on his way» when, in reality, they never made my order. I got a refund from Eat24 and made some frozen food. It was actually pretty kickass. Big ups to Talia at Eat24.

To say the least I wish there was an option to rate this restaurant a 0 star.
I had never ordered from this restaurant before, but it was the only one open late on the Eat24 app so we decided to try it out. They have a $ 30 minimum, so we ordered mozzarella sticks, a gyro, chicken tenders, and a pizza to meet the minimum requirement.
It was estimated to arrive within 45 minutes, but the driver was well over an hour late. I contacted an Eat24 app support employee with an instant message (great & super convenient btw!) and got a response right away from Kimchi. I asked what the ETA would be and she kept me posted with updates every chance she could get, with an apology on behalf of the restaurant.
Once the driver arrived an hour and a half late (it is now 1pm & I work the next morning) he was either drunk or high. Definitely not sober. He stumbled around the pizza boxes he had in his car and stalled for about 5 minutes until my boyfriend and I asked: «do you even have our order?» he didn’t have an answer for us, he was just unprofessional, swearing («I don’t fuckin know man, I got another fuckin order to deliver») he told us he had another order to deliver in BELLEVUE (mind you, we were in west seattle and it’s already 1am). We are annoyed and starving, so we just told him to give us the pizza (he didn’t have the gyro, chicken tenders & mozzarella sticks we paid for and ordered) and I’ll contact the restaurant for a refund.
We opened the pizza box to find a very burnt pizza. Settling because we’re starving we took a bite and noticed the entire bottom was UNCOOKED DOUGH. Absolutely unacceptable! I contacted Kimchi right away and told her what happened. She immediately issued a refund and apologized. She said she will contact the owner of the store about the behavior of the driver and undercooked food.
Just to clarify, Eat24 was VERY helpful but I don’t think they should associate this restaurant with their delivery business. I’ve never had any problems prior to this using the app.
It’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard from the owner of this pizza establishment. Not that I would even accept a voucher for free food at this place, but even an apology would suffice.
I actually created a Unilocal account JUST to submit this review and warn others, only to read their only review about how horrible their experience was and how similar it was to mine. That’s hilarious. This place is a joke. Don’t ever spend your money here!!!

The first time I ordered from them, it was ok. The pizzas were slightly undercooked but meh. It’s delivery pizza. It’s not going to be perfect.
The second time, I ordered exactly the same thing, the same way, through Eat24. I’ve always had great experiences ordering through Eat24. This time, the order was supposed to get to my house at 4:45, but it was nearly 6pm when it finally got to us. I ordered three pizzas but only received two. Two cold, slightly undercooked pizzas. When I ordered three. It was raining so I didn’t complain about them being late, Seattle drivers have challenges. I didn’t complain about them being cold, I have an oven.
I tried calling, but the listed phone number didn’t work. I contacted Eat24 and Amelia helped me out immediately. She couldn’t get through on the listed phone number either but eventually was able to reach the business. The «owner» of the business insisted that there was a typo on the menu, and refused to honor the order as written. My receipt clearly reflects that I paid for three pizzas, but the self proclaimed owner for some reason decided to steal my money instead of operate as an honest business by sending an additional pizza or refunding the difference.
Amelia at Eat24 was able to help me out with a partial credit and coupons to retain my business but I’m confused why a reputable service like Eat24 would want to keep this restaurant on their app considering that they are uninterested in honesty and customer service. I understand that Eat24 is not responsible for the actions of restaurants that are listed, so I’m grateful that they were willing to help me out the way they did. Eat24 = GOOD, Pizza Cravings = Scammy and weird.
