If you’ve never done a bootcamp before and want to see why people love exercising like this … we want you. Our core group of 10 (for over a year) will help you and push you and, well, actually care about you. We have college age gals, new moms, and empty nest moms… everyone is welcome. Need to lose a few pounds in fun and safe environment? This is the bootcamp for you. Feel healthy and happy and just want a boost? Come here. We teach to the fittest and adapt ALL exercises for every level so you not only do the exercise within your capabilities, but you can also see where this will go if you stick with it. With 13 years experience in personal training and a Masters Degree in Health Education, you’ll get the fitness tips, exercise prescriptions, motivation, and nutrition information you’ve been seeking.

The owner of Orbit Fit started this company after being a part of another bootcamp and seeing the need to create something that is strictly evidence-based without misinformation or fads. She has been a personal trainer for over 12 years and has been designing weight loss interventions for a Seattle-based healthcare system for 6 years. She has a long history of successful weight loss program implementation in both adults and children. While feeling good is #1, and looking good is a bonus, Orbit Fit cares about your blood pressure, cholesterol and overall disease risk. Orbit Fit cares about your HEALTH and can help you make the changes needed to improve your health while getting your butt kicked a little in the morning.

Business Owner
I’ve been in personal training for over 12 years and helped open numerous gyms across California before moving to Seattle. I have been working in research the past 6 years developing weight loss interventions for adults and children. While the inside of me is full of data, evidence-based workouts and diets, and serious passion for helping people be healthier and stronger while accomplishing their goals, the outside of me is a goofy, upbeat and slightly sarcastic mix that should help keep you moving, laughing, and enjoying your workouts. If your form needs work, I will correct it — and my promise is to never make you feel bad about anything you do. We are all amazing bundles of skin and muscle and ability. I do yoga daily, compete in basketball and soccer once per week, and I climb mountains on the weekends. I am training for life and I really want you to train with me!
