Light and Sound Records

This dj wanna be store, has a bunch of rockish junkies working in it that know nothing about working with customers and don’t seem like they really care about people buying records based on how they treat there customers. They seem to have little knowledge of anything about music, and is some independent business by people that just wanted to do there own music store. When I“ve gone in there I’ve done nothing wrong, but the dude one time said he was waiting to take a smoke break and I took two hours, exageration, listening to records, when its his issue for not just stepping outside or being able to wait for a little bit. They put pressure on me and ask if I“m buying something or not, without giving me a chance to look through what they have. They have an ok selection of stuff, but they reorganize it a lot and assume the customer knows it, a dude one time got upset when I asked how things were organized because I had been in there before, but inbetween times it seemed like they switched it from the last name, as it was before to a different way, and the dude like got upset just about that. I“m not even really greated when I go into the store half the time. Even though people at platnium have talked trash about R&B they didn’t know anything about it a while ago and tried to learn a little about it, they are at least willing to try and help you figure out what the song was you may have heard more than these guys are, and you can sometimes have at least interesting conversations with them as opposed to the guys working at this store.
Even though Platnium isn’t the best music store, as it used to be it seems, I’d rather go deal with them, over this place. I mean half the time I went in the store it was dead anyway, the staff didn’t seem to care that there was a customer in it, they just put pressure on you instead saying are you buying, I’d rather spend my money somewhere else, than go somewhere that has such bad service and people that know nothing about music they have in there own store.
Its too bad that its got some strange staff, I“m happier to shop elsewhere. As one reviewer of a place wrote, I“d give it less than a star if I could, and don’t recommend it to anyone.
