My favourite food truck of all time, The fry bread is as good as nana’s(better but don’t tell her that). The folks who work the truck are rad. I want one of their shirts!

My favorite food truck in Seattle! The fry read tacos are amazing. I’ve had them all and my favorite is the ground beef(close to a traditional taco). It’s the closest thing I’ve found to rival Tasty Tacos in Des Moines, Iowa.

Happened into Paddlers for a brew. Fry bread smell drew me in. Ordered pork taco, devine, pulled pork cabbage wrapped in a fresh donut. Be there Next Saturday

Their food is awesome! I had read reviews before they came to my office today, and you really can’t go wrong with the pulled pork tacos. The fry bread was perfect, just enough sauce, and the pork… so good! The strawberry sweet fry bread was amazing as well. Hopefully they’ll come back soon!

Got the #2 for $ 12: 2tacos & a sweet. I’ve never had fry bread before. These fry bread tacos were amazing. I got one pulled pork, which had been cooked for 10 hrs in BBQ sauce, & a chicken one. The portions are very generous. I really only needed to get one taco to fill me up. I should have saved the other for later as I did the sweet, but I overindulged. The sweet was a combo of blackberry preserves & nutella. Next time, I will likely get the sense thing for my meals for the whole day. Friendly customer service & super quick. Yum!!!

I tried a pork taco and a chicken taco which cost me $ 10.00. The tacos were pretty full(lots of meat and fixings) and messy. My chicken taco was okay as far as flavor goes, but the pork taco was better in my opinion. Although, you’d have to be in the mood for bbq and smoked flavored meat to enjoy the pork taco. The service was fast and friendly! A little bit overpriced in my opinion, but I’d probably try Off The Rez again because some of the sides and sweets interested me. All in all, it was definitely an interesting take on tacos(fry bread) and was tasty!

Off the Rez is my favorite food truck in the city. The frybread so fluffychewycrispy, the meats slow-cooked with love, the rotating specials of sweet toppings, … perfect. I love all three of the meats. The beef is like a chile con carne – it’s a little lowbrow, a little comfort foodlike – sloppy joe meets taco meets the Rez. The 8-hour smoked pulled pork BBQ is so tender and juicy. The shredded chicken verde is lovely. You really can’t go wrong here.

I love a good frybread taco, and they’re not easy to find in the PNW. Years ago, Off the Rez was only doing the Cap Hill late night scene, which I don’t frequent. Finally, after months of stalking them, I found myself in Cap Hill, late at night, with an Off the Rez frybread taco in my hand… and then, when I was just about to slam that juicy, smoky pork taco to my face, a girl, a total stranger, ran up and STOLEITOUTOFMYHANDS! Warning: these tacos are so good you run the risk of getting taco jacked. Now that they’re regulars at Chucks and Stoup, I get my frybread fix more often, with less run-by-taco-theft. The folks in the truck are a delight, the bread is chewy and crispy and tastes like deep fried goodness, and the pork(the pork!) is the smokiest around.

Burping the pork Indian tacos 7 hours later. That’s not a good thing. Should have tried their burger but all the rave reviews on here made me choose the tacos. Did NOT like the fry bread. Tasted like a stale funnel cake. I don’t get it. Would try Rez again, but will probably go to another truck first if they’re nearby.

Holy Sheetrock. We waited in line — with a toddler, no less! — for at least 20 minutes. Would do it again in a heartbeat! Hubby had the bacon burger. He’s like, «What is cumin crema?» I explained, he got the burger, and a love was born. I had the Indian Taco. Serious life changer! Was the most delicious taco I’ve had this year, and I like tacos! I had the chicken, and it was delightful. We were at Georgetown Carnival, and folks even came up to me and were like, «Where did you get THAT???» Hope they’re at West Seattle street fair this year!

The Fry Bread is amazing. I love their bacon burgers too. The only thing I don’t like is the food coma I get during work hours cause of this place.

I had the blueberry frybread. It was expensive for how small it was and the blueberry part was simply a blueberry syrupy topping. An elephant ear can be had for $ 2 and three times the size elsewhere.

I see these guys around downtown a lot and never tried them but I am so glad I did! They were posted up in Westlake Park and after weaving in & out of the vagrants and street kids I ended up at their truck with a nice smiley lady ready to take my order. Off the Rez, Off da Hook, Off da Chain… whatever it is, it was DELICIOUS! I decided to get a few of their Indian Tacos. I tried 1 pork &1 chicken all served on their Indian fry bread. I hate to compare this, but its kinda like a Chalupa at Taco Bell but 100 times better! The chicken was quite flavorful and the crema they put on it was delicious!!! As for the pork Indian Taco, this was glorious! Pork was so good, perfect amount of smokey-ness for me, it’s not like a campfire in your mouth, juicy, tender with a little sweetness as well. Nice purple cabbage slaw on top with some tasty bbq sauce and I was going to town on this taco! Like what most people say… their fry bread is amazing! Just get it! Staff was super friendly and cool! Great food truck!

I heart fry bread! I had the pulled pork taco and I recommend it along with the succotash(which I don’t see very often in the PacNW). Friendly people, different kind of food, and obviously a lot of care goes into their product. I want to try the fry bread desserts!

Wow! Fry bread is a life changer! Pulled pork taco– ah-mazing. The pork is slow smoked, seeping with hickory, bacon-like notes, then a light dressing of BBQ(there’s a side table with extra sauce options), and a crunchy, acidic slaw. All atop the star of the show– a luscious, perfectly executed fry bread. I’ll dream of this one for a while. Fried chicken taco(special): a breaded, fried chicken cutlet with an apple slaw and«campfire» sauce. Slightly less impressed with this one, it was a tad dry(though I didn’t add extra sauce, so possibly my bad) — but the apple slaw was on point. And oh– that bread. That puffy, pillowy round piece of heaven. Quinoa succotash: delicious!!! I would order this everyday. Quinoa with green beans, corn bits, and a mildly spicy tomato based jam. Healthy, rich, and very filling. All in all I paid $ 14 and have leftovers for dinner. This is a can’t miss if you’re looking for something innovative, delicious, filling, and my oh my that bread.

This food truck. I’ve had a lot of good food on my life. I can acknowledge how delicious the occasional Paseo sandwich is. But when it comes to life changing. My first time trying an Indian taco was just that. Life changing. Maybe I was hungry. Maybe I was stressed. I was having a pretty bad day studying for a midterm and needed some food. Saw this food truck, didn’t think much of it, and bought myself two Indian tacos and dessert. HO. LY. BALLS. I don’t even like tacos but this was a game changer for me. The fry bread was so good just by itself and the meat toppings(I got one pork and one chicken) were just on point. The sauces were just right. The pork and chicken were so juicy… And fry bread. It’s bread that’s fried. Come on. I mean, COMEON! For dessert, I got the fry bread topped with cinnamon. I devoured my meal mere feet away from the truck. Wasn’t the prettiest sight but I didn’t care! If fry bread is wrong, I don’t want to be right. That meal completely turned my day around. Off the Rez, I salute you. Keep doing what you do, and I’ll definitely be back for more.

FRYBREAD. I have never tasted anything like this! I had two tacos — pork and chicken and they were delicious. Both were also styled quite differently. The pork was pulled pork marinated for 10 hrs with slaw &BBQ sauce. The chicken had more of a traditional taco style with salad, beans, cheddar cheese, and onions. We got the combo with the sweet fry bread with their seasonal pear and cranberry jam. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal and the combo of the three was about $ 10. It was a nice surprise to see them at the Queen Anne Farmer’s market! Their unique fry bread is what makes them stand out from traditional tacos. Love!

I’ve never had Native American food but I have had(lots) of food and Off the Rez was definitely the best food I tried on my recent visit at the Food Truck Rodeo. There were so many options at the event, I hesitantly purchased just one taco(their bbq brisket, special for the Taco Libre-themed event). The tender beef was served on their puffy, crispy fry bread — I loved this twist on a traditional taco! After sampling a couple of other vendors, I knew I had to go back for more at Off the Rez. This time my friends and I ordered a 3 taco combo — one pork, one beef and one sweet fry bread for dessert. Make sure you grab a lot of napkins, these suckers are messy(but worth having food all over your clothes and face). If you’re familiar with malassadas, I would liken the fry bread’s texture and taste to it. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it was like melding a doughnut with a taco. I’m sure that reads as disgusting but trust me, it was gooooood!
