They charged me for a one year and only gave me a 6 month membership. Then said they would review medical records to see if I would qualify for the year long membership. Now months later I never received any calls from them and I had to check back with them. Come to find out they never even tried to get my medical records and now say they can’t talk to me when I bring it up as their mistake. I mean come on I pay money and hope someone provides me service. And when I call them out for not doing their job now they can’t talk to me. Correct me if I’m wrong but is something wrong with this picture?

The doctor was friendly and full of advice. He was willing to give me a three month card without having my records so that I could get on with getting my meds. The front desk clerk was efficient and super nice. Got me through all that paperwork in a flash!

Patronizing and unfriendly. $ 120 for a visit resulting in a 3 month authorization, without disclosing the price ahead of time. I was told anxiety and depression are not MMJ symptoms, but could have been told this before being admitted.
I suspect the practice of giving brief authorizations for non-​qualifying conditions exists in order to extort $ 120 without objection — how could I be unhappy if I received an authorization?
I successfully petitioned for a partial refund after a long conversation with the office manager, who was also patronizing and combative, saying things like «According to your intake form, you’re an adult.» This is not a good place to go as someone new to medical care or new to MMJ.

Very professional and easy going. No anxiety about this place and put you at ease right away.
They are pleasant on the phone and keep hours you can fit into your schedule.
They are a bit more expensive than other places, but for the professionalism and peace of mind, it’s totally worth it.

Very nice person on the phone … BUT was given a quote of $ 160 to receive a certification from one of their doctors. If I decide to make an appt. I’ll get back to Unilocal with a full review. For now, I’m going to continue looking for an under $ 100 first time appointment.
