Went to block party and figured I might as well stop in and see if this place was worth putting on my regular rotation of dispensaries.
It isn’t.
Pricing is fair, they understand the value of first time free gift but there are more cons than pros.
First of all, as a business it’s best to have suppliers who understand the dry/​cure process. If you, as the manager of the business, don’t understand it either well… fresh cut grass is the smell of your flower stock. You may not need to know how to milk a cow to sell milk but if you want to dispense quality flowers you actually do need to know all aspects of quality control.
Second, don’t staff the place with fools. Girl behind the counter knew nothing about what she was dispensing. Guy checking recs… it must have been his first day in an office environment ever and had a rough time juggling paperwork. The door kid, all of 19, was my absolute favorite, though.

Door-​kid in the most lazy voice I’d ever heard, as if he was using none of the muscles of his face to speak: «What…do you want?» you could hear the vocabulary he had a tentative grasp on lining up in his head to form sentences. Priceless!
me, pointing down the stairs. «I’m here with my rec to check in.»
Door-​kid: «With…your what?»
me: «My rec. Recommendation. Doctor’s recommendation.»
DK: *stares blankly*
wife: «Doctor’s referral?» she ventured.
DK: «Oh…down…*points*…stairs.»
Simply an ambulatory hunk of meat.
The cheap wooden stairs descend into a dirty but thankfully well lit underground concrete basement and right at the termination point of the last step is the door. If you wander around down there you just run into broken household appliances (broken washer right under the stairs and covered in filth).
The check-​in process is the standard ‘this is our first year of business and we’re figuring it out still’ check-​in. Fumbling, unsure and not really professional. Pro-​tip– It’s your business, you MUST control your waiting room and you need to hustle. Also, do not just leave the last person you checked ins ID and rec open on the table for the next person to belly up to the bar to read and look at. Have at least SOME wits.
When the check-​in guy finishes taking twice as long as anyone else to actually check you in and you’re clear to walk into the next room (nothing stopping you from doing that other than common courtesy, by the way) you see one of the grossest misuses of space for a business you’re likely to encounter. About 70% of this place is unused space with some garage-​sale-​special furniture in the back.
Luckily, there’s a dartboard for the goldfish-​attention-​span clients to make use of which is awesomely situated RIGHT behind whichever customer is being served. That is, if you’re at the counter, looking at meds, two feet directly behind you is the path of travel for darts. Or put an alternate way, when you walk in, mind the air travel to the immediate right of the doorway as there could be some dipsh*t throwing darts basically at your face.
Serious, BOTH, you really gotta get some adult supervision in this place it’s unreal. I know your ‘patients’ are mostly college kids but at least ONE end of this dispensary/​patient dynamic needs to take things seriously.
Also, rethink the storefront reality with your paperwork business name and marketing. BOTH collective? Try something more hip like ‘Cap Hill Underground’ or something. You have a terrible brick and mortar site, you might as well try and spin that to something positive.
This place needs a heavy management hand by an adult not afraid to take the reins.

If I could give Zero stars I would!
Let’s start with the dummy behind the counter who had zero clue about any of the medicine! The free joint that they gave me for being a new customer, they could have thrown away! I unwrapped it to see what was in it!?! It was not even shake, it was the stuff you throw away! Not even sun leaf! This place sucks and not should not be allowed to disrespect the Medical Marijuana community ever again!

Went here the other day and the atmosphere was so chill, I could live there. It’s very comfortable with couches and a very friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable not only about the different strands and products they provide but also the medical and physical effects on the body that the different chemicals have. All around an excellent experience with very competitive pricing. I will be returning and make sure all my friends go as well.

Children run this place. Not set up to do business «cash only, one at a time, would rather chat about nonsense so they can feel cool than make sales.». Delivery is a joke, «better luck calling any high school kid you may know». Also misuses patient information. I was assured that all personal info was secure and the next thing I know I’m receiving e-​mails I never opted into. All in all this place has nothing going for it except a difficult to find location.
