NannySure gives you independent insight into how your children are being cared for today, next month, and next year. We do this by giving you a snapshot of your child’s day.

Whether at home or around town, NannySure staff will observe the natural interaction between your child and their caregiver and provide you with a report. Observations are unannounced and unobtrusive, but NannySure services are completely transparent. Caregivers sign a consent form agreeing to be observed from time to time, which in itself can be motivation to ensure consistently high-​quality care. Your caregiver also receives a copy of our observation reports. Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to manage and support your nanny.

Meet the Business Owner

Justin B.

Business Owner

NannySure’s Founder, Justin Baram-​Blackwell, has 15 years of experience working with children, from running a childcare center for more than 300 children, to managing a national program that helps school-​age programs achieve national accreditation. He has also worked as a lead camp counselor, before-​school and after-​school program instructor, and youth programs lead. Justin volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and, more than 10 years later, still keeps in touch with his «little» brother.

Justin is the father of two and left his job when his oldest was 6 months old in order to become a stay-​at-​home dad. Justin believes that outside of a parent who wants to stay at home staying at home a nanny is the best choice for your childcare needs. Because of this he created a service that is designed to build trust and to keep parents in contact with their nanny and child even while at work.
