A former chef, 13 years in the restaurant industry gave me experience in high pressure and high expectation situations, a practical application to my artistic drive and taught me how to deal with stress and high levels of responsibility. That experience also developed an appreciation for the sublime pleasure of that perfect combination of good food, good wine and good company.

Working as a high-​end craftsman gave me skills in construction, joinery, and contemporary design, as well as running large projects with high degrees of precision and complexity.

With these influences combined I come to you driven, focused, creative and able to think on my feet. I can adapt to any situation and have fun doing it. Honest and rigorous, I will make sure that deadlines and budgets are met, and will deliver a product that exceeds customer expectations.
