History

Established in 1987.

Joy Developments was founded in 1987 in Naples, Florida by Certified General Contractor Joseph P. Joy. After years of honing his expertise in the Northern market, Joseph brought his skill and personable attitude to the affluent Collier County area. From high end single-​family builds and remodels to multi-​story, multi-​family condominiums to large commercial projects, Joy Developments’ can handle all facets of residential and commercial construction. In 2005, Joseph took Joy Developments to the Atlanta area and specialized in residential remodeling and new single-​family home construction all over the South-​East United States. Over the years, Joseph trained his son Patrick to build with his same high quality of construction. In 2011, Joseph turned over the reigns of Joy Developments to Patrick to continue the proud family business.

Patrick Joy is a licensed and bonded General Contractor (Washington license # JOYDEDL872NA) that has been working in the construction trade building hi-​rises, commercial buildings, schools, houses and everything in between. He is certified in many interior and exterior building systems and still does much of the work himself. Patrick uses his artistic background to finesse amazing work into being and constantly strives for perfection!
