* Design phase detailed estimates so you will have an idea what a project should cost while you are designing it.
* Owner-builder and DIY cooperative project sharing. We have many owner-assisted projects on the reference list already.
* No mark-up for materials, and all quotes passed along at whole-sale cost with pre-payment directly to supplier or with us.
* We will obtain bids from specialty contractors (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC), and pass these on at-cost. We charge hourly rates for project management to locate and supervise specialty contractors.

Established in 2004.
Started and first incorporated in Oregon in 2001, then moved business to Kirkland in 2004 and incorporated as a Washington State business. We were in Kirkland for 3 years, then in 2007 moved over to North Seattle.

1980 to 2001 I held many positions as a certified property manager in the large scale Community Association field, often times holding responsibility for the repair and operations of 5 – 8 Communities with 50 to 300 homes in each one.
Best job: From 1987 to 1999 (12 fantastic years) I was General Manager for an exclusive 120 home gated oceanfront community named Monterey Dunes Colony located in Castroville, CA (located mid-way between Monterey and Santa Cruz.
Since 2001, Owner and Operator of Capstone General Contracting, Inc. providing custom design-build remodeling services include CAD drawings, Property Management, and custom Project Management Services for projects too large for my company to build.
