Established in 2001.

I began my career as a licensed massage therapist in Portland, Oregon in 2001. In 2008 I relocated to Seattle. In 2015 I certified through the SOMA Institute of Neuromuscular Integration® and trained in CranioSacral Release Therapy through the Upledger Institute. I offer physical medicine, energy medicine & manual therapy.

I have tried many massage therapists over the years and I haven’t found anyone that comes close to the level of skill and expertise as Janelle. I have old injuries from a car accident and have a very physically demanding job. Janelle is always able to intuitively hone in on where my body needs her healing, nurturing touch. I always emerge from our sessions feeling calmer, relaxed, with less pain and more mobility, which continues for some time. There is no one I trust more or my body work needs.

I went to see Janelle for a muscle spasm that was triggered by personal issues. She suggested massage wouldn’t be best for my injury. I experienced a unique, intuitive, unfolding of a healing process that included a guided meditation, emotional processing, sound healing and touch with the perfect pressure. After our session, I could breathe deeper stand up straighter, felt emotionally lighter, was calmer, and was in a lot less pain. I was able to sleep through the night without the spasm waking me up and approach my life’s tasks with clarity. She is the most talented body worker I have ever seen.

Janelle offers some of the most nourishing body and energy work I’ve ever experienced. At the beginning and end of a session she puts a lot of care into creating and honoring a sacred and intentional space — and it makes a big difference in the depth of healing and relaxation that can happen in that container. Her massages are perfect — she really gets anatomy and energy and knows just where and how to use her touch to the greatest benefit. She also employs other complementary tools when appropriate, such as sound healing and essential oils. Janelle is a clear, vibrant spirit who truly cares about helping people to feel their best. I highly recommend her healing services.

I had pretty debilitating recurring shoulder pain because of a job that requires me to sit at a computer and type all day. I had two sessions with Janelle and the pain went away and hasn’t come back for two months. She really got in and found the areas that were restricted — which were much larger than the areas that were sore. She’s got a very thorough scientific knowledge of anatomy and the intuitive touch of a healer, which is a fantastic combination! I will go to her always!
