Hubbard Health Solutions was established in 2015 after over 20 years of experience in the holistic health field. We now offer transformational bodywork, Energywork, clinical hypnotherapy, distance healing work, outcall corporate and personal massage, hot stone, reflexology, Reiki, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy and other treatments in our Redmond and Sammamish offices.

Ariel F. Hubbard has been providing holistic health treatments since 1988, adding tools to her skill set in 1992 with HighSelf Resonance Therapy, 1994 with Reiki, 1996 with Yoga education, 1997 with therapeutic massage and hot stone massage, 1999 with clinical hypnotherapy and Asian massage, and has continued to obtain continuing education in Lymphatic Drainage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and other modalities.
