I consider myself a massage aficionado… if there is such a thing. When I went to see Emily, I was in serious need of IT Band help and over all stress relief. Wow, did I ever get what I needed! In a matter of a few minutes, Emily found the areas that had been bugging me, and a few that I didn’t even realize were giving me fits. And as for those pesky IT bands? Emily showed them who the boss was (her by the way), and they are looser than I’ve felt in at least a year. Emily is great, the space is ideal for a single studio, and you will get a great massage for sure — oh, and after you are all relaxed, Luc is just downstairs to grab a yummy bite and glass of wine!
