I’ve moved many times and worked with many realtors and Jane is by far the best. My husband and I relocated to Seattle from Florida in early January, and Jane’s help throughout the process has been fantastic. She has tirelessly and enthusiastically helped us discover Seattle’s many neighborhoods, and jumped in the car to show us properties at the drop of the hat. In a market where inventory is practically none existent, Jane managed to help us find a wonderful home in Edmonds. She even helped us locate contractors to get much needed estimates for repairs during the inspection process. All that and a dog lover too! I highly recommend Jane.

My wife and I moved up from Portland this fall and have worked with Jane over the last four months to find a house. She has been the consummate professional, tolerating our inconsistency in search requirements and providing the information and services necessary for us to be comfortable in buying in such a volatile market.
She is willing to help out in any way from finding college students to help with moving to finding and working with contractors. She is a dog-​lover and has great sensitivity to the needs of pet owners — hence her
gimmick.
