Similar experience to previous 1-star poster… I purchased a $ 69 voucher via Amazon Local which was valued at $ 229 worth of home air-duct cleaning services. I called Fresh Breeze Air Duct cleaning multiple times to schedule, and they never returned my calls. Their automated greeting even has an option to leave a message in a special mailbox if you are a purchaser of a special discount voucher(Living Social, Groupon or Amazon Local), and based on the complete lack of response by this business, I have to wonder if they just let those messages sit there unanswered because they don’t want to honor these vouchers. I tried to bypass that mailbox and hold for a real person, and always was kicked back into voicemail. Services never honored. No response from business. Would not recommend.

I purchased an Amazon Local certificate. When I called to schedule my appointment I specifically asked if they serviced Vashon Island. They checked and said«definitely». I stayed home from work to meet them on the appointment date. At the very end of the 2 hour window I got a call saying«they do not take ferries». They clearly do not know what they are doing and based on the other review, they have no interest in fulfilling their special offers. Stay away from this company!

Terrible! I purchased a LivingSocial coupon and have been trying to schedule service without any lucks. Every time I called, it was always an answering machine instructing me to leave info and someone will call back within 24 to 48 hours to schedule the airduct & dryer vent cleaning service. No such luck. I just left another message. Will anyone ever call back? I don’t know…
