Specialties
Because Mexican food is so broad and expands from region to region all over the Mexian Republic and our small trailor is fit to do a limited of items, the Chef decided to only specialize in Mexican city street food for people on the go such as tacos, tortas and quesadillas while featuring Oaxacan tamales. All with a gourmet twist.
History
Established in 2012.
Chef Daniel decided he’d create a food truck like no other. Because he believes Latin food is very broad he’d offer Latin food out of the norm. Tasty affordable street food.
