Just a little bit about Fast Rabbits:

Fast Rabbits is a locally owned catering company that services the greater Seattle, Bellevue and surrounding areas. We are committed to bringing you fresh, natural, wholesome foods from our local farms and bakeries. All of our fabulous Sandwiches, Platters, Salads, Breakfast Trays and Cookies are made from scratch on the day of delivery. The Fast Rabbits Catering team is very proud to have been part of Seattle’s award-​winning Jackrabbit Catering & Foodservice company. Some of our favorite customers and experiences included The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Microsoft, the University of Washington, the Four Seasons and Westin Hotels, Overlake Christian Church, and Share-​Our-​Strength «Taste of the Nation». The Fast Rabbits team goes above and beyond every time. I have been using their catering for corporate events and meetings for a few years now. Paul (owner) always is quick to respond with great ideas. Now I simply call him, tell him what the event/​meeting details and he sends over menu options and the best way to be under budget. All of my teams have thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful spreads this team puts together. Their portions are big, packed with flavor, and it always looks incredible.
My two most recent experiences with this delightful team put them over the top. Recently my very beloved grandmother passed away. I called Fast Rabbits asking for food to feed over 300 people with only 3 days notice and the only instruction was «please help me feed tons of grieving people, some with severe gluten allergies». They sent over a rough draft menu that I thought was perfect, and then called to suggest alternatives to provide more options for those with allergies. While I over ordered, we were able to feed 200 people attending the service, and 100 high school lacrosse boys. All exclaiming how wonderful the food was. Most recently, I helped host a bridal shower. It was iffy what to serve and the number of people kept changing. Throughout the entire ordering process the team was gracious, helpful & patient. We served a combination of hot food & cold platters, again working around allergies. Every single woman at the shower expressed how delicious the food was after grazing the finger foods and some even having a second helping. There wasn’t much food left at the end!
Needless to say, Paul and his team are incredible, and the food is even better.

Paul is a GEM! He helped me out in a pinch, worked with our budget, was quick with communication and information. We even dropped off specialty platters and dishes that we wanted the food served in and he did the most gorgeous presentations for our clients.

Paul and the Fast Rabbits team was recommended to me by one of our vendors. I decided to give them a try for our recent events after not really having a caterer I’ve found that I’ve fallen in love with yet.
I’m now in LOVE with Fast Rabbits!
Fast Rabbits is awesome! Paul is amazing and super easy to work with. All 3 of our recent events were within a week of each other, with around 50 – 75 people attending each event. I told Paul that we needed to come up with a menu full of healthy, light bites to fit the theme of our events. He whipped up a great menu that was tasty and not super expensive.
He delivered (was early all three times), set up the food (presentation was great) and was very accommodating in our unique billing situation that required multiple credit cards for each event. On the night of the event, Paul and team not only delivered and set up the food, but also had printed out itemized receipts for each of the multiple charges for the event. My vendors event received electronic receipts before the night of the event. Trust me, billing has been a major issue with caterers I’ve worked in the past so the fact that Paul was super organized and took such great care of me and my vendors really helped make each of our events such a success.
I strongly feel that a caterer can make or break your event. Paul exceeded all of my expectations and more. I look forward to working with Paul and his Fast Rabbits team in the near future on more events.

Their food tastes pretty good, if it doesn’t kill you first…
I’m deathly allergic to an ingredient in some of their products. Long time ago (about a decade) or so I had a run in with some «traces of (ingredient)», which caused me to break out in hives.
Recently I ate a wrap without looking at the ingredients list… ok, fool me twice, shame on me.
However, today I opened up a wrap which was clearly marked as a non-(ingredient) wrap, only to find out it was in the wrap. Not cool at all.
Seriously considering not purchasing any more goods from Fast Rabbits. I’d rather be slow instead of dead…

AMAZING! I love Paul and his team. The fact that I know his first name says A LOT! I don’t know the name of anyone at Panera or Specialtys or the Dinner Delivery Plus guy — but Paul, you can’t help but love. The customer service is ridiculous and the food is always fantastic. If I don’t order the Strawberry Fields platter for my monthly meeting, I will be threatened by an angry mob. The smoked mozarella on the NW Apples, Pear and Cheese platter is to die for. The ciabatta on the Italian Chicken sandwich is always fresh, never dry, and have I mentioned the pretzel bread or Barn-​burner Chicken Sandwich. BUT what makes Fast Rabits the best is the customer service — they have never let me down!

What can I say about Paul and the Fast Rabbits team? I am IN LOVE.
My office hosts a variety of internal, partner and customer events that require catering and I can ALWAYS count on Fast Rabbits for a tasty fare. Paul is highly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, he will absolutely work with you to make sure catering for your event is a success. Fast Rabbits boxed lunches are an outstanding deal because it includes a bottled water, fresh baked cookie, small pasta salad and a bag of Tim’s potato chips. Delivery is always on time and customer service is unparalleled compared to other caterers that we have worked with in the past. This bunny SPEEDS right past those other guys! I would highly recommend their hot food options as well, the chicken fajita is a popular option at my office and it’s always a crowd pleaser.
Next time you are looking for catering for any size event, give Fast Rabbits a try — I guarantee you will love them!

Rather my meetings are planned a week in advance or that morning — Fast Rabbits is my «go-​to». Not only is the food delicious, but the service is the best in town. The owner, Paul, takes the time to go the extra mile for his customers and establishes an amazing relationship with us! With a simple phone call he can get me completely taken care of in less than 10 minutes.
For example — last week we had a last minute meeting with no catering ordered. I called Paul and said «I need sandwiches for 12 and desserts by tomorrow mid morning» The next day not only did it arrive early enough to be set up for our meeting, but it was perfect: delicious with an amazing presentation. Needless to say — the folks in the meeting have already requested Fast Rabbits for our next meeting!

I had to organize food for 50+ people who were to engage in a fast-​paced, high-​stress exercise at work (i.e., large appetites!). I had a pretty strict budget. I contacted at least five different vendors, and Paul with Fast Rabbits was the first to respond with a tailored menu that met our needs and budget perfectly. He had other ideas, too, about how we could stretch our dollar, and he was friendly and helpful on the phone.
I had occasion to speak to other employees on the phone as well, and none of them were anything less than sparklingly friendly, patient, and accommodating.
Fast Rabbits employee Lucy arrived early and hauled everything up to the third floor by herself, without a cart! The food was plentiful, excellent quality, pleasantly arranged, and delicious! Everyone raved. I am writing this on a comfortably full stomach.
I would definitely use Fast Rabbits’ services again the future. Thank you, Fast Rabbits, for making me look so good!

Definitely call Paul with Fast Rabbit for great service, amazing food and impeccable customer service. Anyone disappointed with Gretchen’s or disgusted by Organic To Go will be pleasantly surprised at the great food quality and affordable priced food from Fast Rabbit. Word to the wise, Organic to Go just changed their name to OgoCateringWA (
). Don’t be fooled, it’s the same nasty food and horrible customer service, just a new name. Do yourself a favor, go with Fast Rabbit. Nothing but great things to say about this company. They’ve got AMAZING food and they’re just good to work with.

Love Fast Rabbits. As an admin who is constantly ordering lunches (and so often at the last minute), I appreciate that I can get not only great food but great service. The owner, Paul, will always go the extra mile for you. I’ve dealt with flaky caterers, bad food, all of the above — now I (and all the admins I know) save myself the trouble and just go straight to Fast Rabbits.
I know firsthand that the salads/​soup/​sandwiches are delicious and give whoever you’re serving a ton of great options. I’ve also heard from co-​workers that all of the hot meals are fantastic. Oh, and the cookies — you have to order the cookies.
Fast Rabbits will be getting mine and my company’s business for a while. If you haven’t already, you need to try them out!

So… I haven’t eaten the food BUT as an admin who orders the food for our office meetings — they’re great! You can order online but I called our order in & the person was cheerful & quick. Delivery came 15 minutes early & no complaints on the food. Report was sandwiches, pasta salad & cookies were all very tasty. I’ll use them again

We received a sampler platter recently at my workplace, and I have to say they seriously ROCK! They have a full menu online and purchasing capability as well, making things simple and easy!
We ordered our boxes today, and my ½ Ham Sandwich and small salad also came with chips, a cookie, pasta salad, a mint, and an Athena water. AMEN! The sandwich was amazing and beat the pants off our previous catering company.
They were timely and personable as well!
We are switching our current company and going Fast Rabbits!
