I was one of those people that didn’t think there was a benefit from seeing a chiropractor until Dr. Reanna Plancich literally allowed me to have a normal, functional life again. Just over a year ago I was suffering from extreme vertigo that had me in and out of the hospital without any answers. The ENT I was referred to even prescribed a medication to take daily for the rest of my life that had some very ugly side effects since he assumed I was suffering from «silent migraines.» After missing more than a month of work due to not being able to drive and the sudden onset of something that made me extremely nauseous and dizzy (for 8 – 12 hours) I started asking friends if anyone had experienced anything like this before. One friend suggested I seek a chiropractor, since she had a very similar story and it was suggested to her, as well. After my initial appointment at Discover Health Chiropractic I felt confident that I was getting the help I needed; and after my first adjustment, I felt relief! Every so often I start felling the vertigo kicking in and I make an appointment to see Dr. Plancich, and every time, the symptoms are gone after an adjustment (which I never even feel.) I can’t say how thankful I am to have finally gotten the help I needed and how thankful I am to not taking scary medication based on a doctor’s assumption!

A life changer. I’ve suffered chronic and severe upper neck and shoulder pain for over 15 years. I’ve tried physical therapy, numerous equipment, massages and medication through all these years with no luck. My quality of life suffered quite a bit — bed-​ridden and unable to stand, sit or walk for long periods. I was planning a road trip type vacation in Europe for a few weeks but didn’t know if I’d be able to survive all those hours driving with the pain. My coworker who’s tried NUCCA and had good results recommended I try it to prepare for my trip. I researched NUCCA extensively and was honestly quite skeptical of it and chiropractic in general. As a desperate attempt, I gave it a try 3 weeks before the trip. After the first session, the kink in my neck that was present for over 15 years went away. No exaggeration. Over the days and weeks, the pain was completely gone and now I’m sleeping like a baby, undisturbed through the night. I just don’t know how I would’ve survived the trip and life if Dr. Plancich hadn’t help me with this. She was was super friendly and helpful in explaining the process and what to expect — I definitely recommend her. NUCCA might not be for everyone, but it DEFINITELY was for me. Dr. Plancich is a fantastic provider who has truly reset my body and brought me back into alignment and good health. I started seeing Dr. Plancich after an automobile accident during my pregnancy, and after my first adjustment I felt a decrease in my anxiety and mental fogginess, decreased pain from whiplash that after a few weeks reduced to no pain! I highly recommend her not only for post accident injuries, but for realignment that most of us are in need of since birth.

I had whiplash from 2 car accidents and have seen 4 previous chiropractors who weren’t able to help me progress much. Dr. Plancich has done more for me in a few months than they did in 4 years. Nucca is an awesome practice because you can see your own health progress and be in the driver’s seat and Reanna is very amazing at Nucca! Thank goodness I met her by chance at one of her store demos!

I started coming to see Dr. Plancich after a free screening offered at a health store. I really only had occasional lower back pains but was hoping to have better posture, and really just use the chiropractic work as preventative care. I had never heard of NUCCA chiropractic care before but the concept is really interesting and I love that you don’t have anyone violently cracking your back.
The adjustment is so gentle, it barely feels like anything is happening but, OH, it’s happening. After each adjustment I can FEEL how much more balanced I am. My weight just feels so much more evenly distributed. Also, I can feel when I walk that my posture is better… and I could see the difference in my wedding photos a few months after I started seeing Dr. Plancich!
Not only does NUCCA really work, Dr. Plancich is one of those doctors who genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. As you probably already know, those doctors are far and few between these days.

I cannot say enough good things about NUCCA chiopractic care and especially Dr Reanna Plancich (Discover Health Chiropractic). Dr Plancich was able to explain to me on my very first visit precisely what was wrong with my neck and the treatment necessary to bring my neck (and spine) back into alignment.
After falling down a flight of stairs 18 years ago and falling down another flight of stairs again this past summer, I knew something had to finally be done to eliminate the pain and discomfort in my neck. Although I had sought the help of different chiropractors over the years after falling down the first time, none of these chiropractors could tell me exactly what was wrong with my neck (even after being X-​rayed).
So after falling down this past summer I knew I had to get answers even if I had to resort to surgery. Fortunately, I first learned about NUCCA advanced chiropractic care and Dr Plancich who specializes in neck injuries/​misalignments. On my first office visit, she took several measurements of my posture and a few low level X-​rays of my neck from various angles and then overlapped these X-​rays to get a 3-​D view of my neck.
The next day, Dr Plancich was able to actually show me (via the X-​rays and several precise calculations) that my Atlas rotation (the top vertebrae in the neck) was 8 degrees off. She informed me most of her patients come into her office initially with their Atlas rotation being 1 – 2 degrees off. Now, after just two months (twice a week) of neck adjustments, my Atlas rotation is down to 4 degrees off (versus being 8 degrees off). My neck feels so much better and I am noticing other improvements in my body, as well. The bodily improvements I am seeing include my dental bite being even; pre-​existing TMJ is not as painful nor as much of a nuisance (i.e., jaws do not pop as loud or as often when I eat food); I sleep more restful at night; bowel movements are much easier; and most of all my neck is no longer as uncomfortable as before I began NUCCA chiropractic care. And even though I still have several treatments to go to improve my neck and spine alignment even further, I can truly say at this point I am finally getting my life back. Thank you, Dr Plancich!

Dr. Plancich is amazing. Right after my first adjustment, I no longer had pain in my hip! And the pain in my knee due to an old injury, is much less intesnse than it’s been the past several week.

I have been going to Dr. Plancich for the last few month and have noticed many positive changes in my body. I have always had pain and numbness in my neck and shoulder area and after seeing Dr. Plancich the pain and numbness have diminished greatly. I’ve also noticed a difference in my posture. I feel like I am in a more upright position when standing and sitting. One of the things I like the most about going to Dr. Plancich is her knowledge about NUCCA chiropractic procedures and her ability to explain to you what she is doing and why. Dr. Reanna Plancich is absolutely the best medical professional I have ever encountered! I was a real skeptic about Chiropractic before I met her. I was having debilitating neck and shoulder pain, taking handfulls of Ibuprofen every day and sleeping pills at night. I was having trouble with my work. Desperate, I searched on Unilocal for a chiropractor in my neighborhood and called Dr. Plancich. I experienced relief after my first adjustment, and I’ve felt better and better ever since. Her upper cervical approach is gentle, natural and intuitive. I get adjusted every two weeks now and my life has changed dramatically. I can walk farther, sleep better and live without pain. Yes, I also use light massage/​energy work, acupuncture, stretching and exercise [esp. walking!] but I KNOW without a doubt, that without my nervous system flowing properly, I am unable to function in a way that is most useful to/​for me!

I am a huge fan of chiropractic care, Discover Health was the first experience with the Nucca technique. I am so impressed! Instead of going in 1 – 2 times a week, I’m going in every 3 weeks and my adjustments are holding longer and my shoulder pain is better than it has been in years!!! Reanna knows what she is doing! She takes the time to educate, and really cares about the overall health of her clients — I will happily refer anyone to her!

Had to post this update. I have been on blood pressure medication for a the past several years now. Well, today I went in for a doctor’s appointment and the nurse noticed my blood pressure was very low… the doctor took a look at my stats and cut the dosage of my blood pressure medication in half. Dr. Planich told me that this could happen with regular upper cervical chiropractic care. There hasn’t been any other change in my life style that I can attribute this lowering of my blood pressure to. Thank you, Dr. Plancich!

I have gotten several adjustments from Dr. Plancich and feel great! Before I saw her, I had never been to a Chiropractor and didn’t know what to expect. To tell you the truth, I didn’t know much about Chiropractors and I never thought I needed one.
When I saw Dr. Plancich she explained the whole process to me and exactly why it is important. She answered all my questions and was very patient. After consulting with her, I realized it couldn’t hurt to do it and see what happens. After all she was saying about lining up the spine so my nervous system can function as well as it is supposed to, I thought it would be a good idea for me to try it.
I have struggled with bad posture all my life as well as fatigue. After my first adjustment, I was hooked. I couldn’t believe the major changes I felt. The next day I noticed my posture was much better. I am also able to focus more, which makes life easier at times. Even my skin looks better. I never knew that I could feel like this.
I hope everyone knows the importance of Chiropractic care. Dr. Plancich’s adjustments are gentle and even relaxing. A couple weeks ago I had a really bad cold and my body didn’t feel good. I went to see her and got an adjustment. My cold got better a day or two after. I feel like Chiropractic is like icing on a cake. Can’t really have cake without the icing. lol. Can’t really being at your maximum health potential without seeing a Chiropractor.
