Specialties
We provide individually tailored care based on the patients specific need. Some people will require little assistance other than a few adjustments and others may have chronic conditions that have bothered them for years and may need help with massage, exercise, acupuncture and nutritional advice. I think we are very good at listening and providing a way for the patient to achieve the goal they have for their health. Back and shoulder pain, neck pain, headaches, leg pain, upper back stiffness, and rib cage pain are among the conditions we treat.
We are preferred providers for most insurance plans including Regence, Uniform, Premera, Aetna, Cigna and others. We accept medicare, workers comp, USAA, Geico, Allstate, State Farm and many others. Call and we will check your benefits for you.

Business Owner
I went to high school in Wheaton, Illinios and attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1977 to 1981. I attended Palmer Chiropractic College from 1981 and graduated in 1984. (It was a 4 year program after undergraduate school, but I went all year around which is not all that uncommon.) I wanted to get away from the midwest summers, so I moved out to Washington and started practice right away.
I was a pretty good distance runner in school, getting better after high school, finishing 2nd in the college division of the Chicago Marathon in 1978. I qualified for the Boston Marathon in 1979 and ran a 2:46:40, which is a pace of 6 minutes and 18 seconds a mile for the 26.2 mile distance.
I worked hard from 1988 to 1997 to improve public access to chiropractic care and am proud to be recognized for my contributions to the profession. I was President of the state organization the Washington Chiropractic Trust.
Best of alI, I have 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
