Kyle Shilling is a superb physical therapist, and I don’t take well to most doctors(because it’s more often the case they have no concrete solution or explanation for my ailments). Kyle could explain everything and his therapy schema worked! I am pain free after a little over month visiting him for therapy. What’s more, I felt very comfortable the entire time. His team is warm and friendly and I was glad that they all seemed happy at their work. Thank you University Physical Therapy!

Would give these guys 10 stars if that was an option. Kyle the director and PT is awesome. I was immediately comfortable with Kyle and the staff, super easy going and relatable folks. Ive been to PT in the past(Harborview/Swedish) and quit after a few sessions because it was so robotic. You won’t get that here. Kyle is hands on, literally and his staff walks you through your exercises, making sure you have good form, paying attention to your comfort along the way. After a few weeks in their hands Im learning to be more aware of my body mechanics and have a better understanding of how/why/what is making my condition better/worse. They have been super easy to schedule with and accommodating to my hectic work schedule. They deserve the gold star of excellence.

Very professional and very comfortable place! The THERAPISTS really focus on their clients injuries. They recognize when how long the healing process could take. I just recommend this place to anyone in need to heal! Great place!

I live in Issaquah and drive through rush hour traffic twice a week in order to come get this level of care and attention. Zahra and Betsy are fun to be around and make the rehab process as painless and enjoyable as possible. It might be just a bit hard to find inside the soundcare chiropractic clinic, but I promise it’s worth it!

There are so many options for Physical Therapy in the Seattle area but this place is by far the best. Zahra Young is the clinic director and clearly knows her stuff. She stays very involved in her patients’ recovery as a whole and has flexible hours to accommodate a busy work schedule. I, myself, am an athlete and recently tore my ACL playing rugby. She worked with me prior to surgery and I am now working with her post-op several times a week. She even made time to shadow my surgery and has gone to some of my post-op appts! I have a long haul ahead of me but have shown improvement after every visit. She doesn’t always go easy on me but that’s the point right? There is definitely a happy medium there between things that make my knee feel better and things that don’t always feel so pleasant but are necessary for a proper recovery. If you are looking for a knowledgable PT who will get you where you need to be and is pleasant to be around Zahra Young at University Physical Therapy is where you need to see!
