Established in 2011.
After 20+ years of working in the bar & restaurant business, the opportunity create a new establishment presented itself in 2011 and Cure was born.
The menu is inspired by Eric & Amy’s love of foods from all over the world, particularly the long standing traditions & styles of charcuterie produced throughout Europe. They wanted the atmosphere to reflect the warm & welcoming spirit of its owners. Food is offered until 1:30 am simply because, after years in the industry, Eric & Amy like to eat late night.

Business Owner
Eric & Amy Haldane have called the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle home since 1997. They were both born and raised in the Northeast and met in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After over 20 years of working in the bar & restaurant business, the opportunity to realize the dream of owning their own establishment presented itself in 2011 and Cure was born.
