Description

Specialties

Serving Mukilteo Coffee, awesome breakfast sandwiches, pastries, delicious Gyros & Falafel & much more!

History

Established in 1993.

What started as an espresso cart outside a print shop, Bus Stop Espresso has been a part of the ever changing Roosevelt Neighborhood for over 2 decades. We moved into the building in 1995 to become a full service café. We have always taken great pride in our coffee and convenient location for commuters on the way to work. Elias took over in October 2013, and has since made some additions to our menu.

We are now offering Gyros, Chicken, Falafel, Greek Salad and much more.

Elias D.

Business Owner

Elias took over Bus Stop Espresso in October 2013. Born and raised in Seattle, Elias attended and graduated from Blanchet High School and the University of Washington. He was raised in the food business and comes from a long line of restaurateurs. He is very proud to carry on the tradition at Bus Stop Espresso, as well as bringing his own personality to the café. His family own’s Taki’s Mad Greek in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Elias is also a musician, performing on keyboards and bouzouki in the Northwest’s top Greek band, Takis Dotis and the Mad Greeks. They can be seen every Saturday night at Taki’s Mad Greek as well as the Seattle Greek Festival and other events in the Northwest.
