Business Owner

I’ve been a real estate broker in Seattle since 2000. In addition to my years of residential sales experience, I’ve been involved in Property Management since 1988. During this time I have had the pleasure serving buyers, sellers, and the development community in over 650 purchase/​sale transactions for a total sales volume well over $ 200,000,000.

My multifamily work has allowed me to hone my skill in the areas of sales management, marketing, project management, and business development. Over the years I’ve provided industry analysis, pre-​development services, marketing, and brokerage services to the region’s leading development groups.

I enjoy giving back to the community as a board member of my local community council and as a board member of City, UW, Community Advisory Council which offers input on development of the greater University area and assists in the protection of the adjacent community and business areas from the adverse effects of University and City actions.
