My name is Beth Bylund, and I’ve been a real estate professional for 17 years. In that time, while I’ve seen the market fluctuate dramatically, my client list and homes sales portfolio have continued to grow. By working hard for my clients, engaging in the community and treating each sale as if it was my own, I believe a happy ending can be the next chapter in your real estate story.

I have been with Windermere Real Estate since 1998. My hard work ethic, personal commitment, and friendly demeanor turn clients into fans. It’s no surprise 90 percent of my clients come from referrals, a fact that I’m quite proud of. I graduated from Montana State University in 1987. After living in Ballard for many years, I bought my first house in the Phinney Ballard area in 1992 and consider it to be one of my best decisions ever.
