3stripe Management is an innovative full-​service property management company located along the banks of Seattle’s Nickerson Ship Canal.

We are Property Managers, specialists in the management of residential communities (community associations), retail, commercial, office, industrial and mixed-​use developments.

The 3stripe Management system was designed with Community Associations & Commercial Properties in mind: groups of owners & tenants focused on protecting their investment & business, demanding of Transparent & Consistent business practices.

Community Association owners & Commercial Property tenants aren’t any more demanding than single-​owner or residential properties, there are just so many more of them, the table can get crowded with everyone trying to take a look.

Our answer to this problem was simple: put more cameras around the table! While not literally, our Property Management systems & Buildium​.com are our figurative solutions to this problem. We believe that by sharing all the information we have, and demonstrating the knowledge that formed the recommendation we provide, that we create an informed & satisfied community.
