This Post Office really made my holiday season bright. I’ve never experienced a Post Office like this one since I was a kid. Mark, the individual who helped me, was kind and knowledgeable, two things I sadly haven’t seen in a Post Office in a long time.

This post office always changes my view of other post offices. Every time I go in, I get legendary customer service. Yesterday, Mark, went above and beyond helping me with my eBay shipment. He was so kind, patient, and researched the cheapest way to ship them.
I will always look forward to visiting and I never thought I would say that about a post office!

This office is conveniently located on Main Street in downtown Seal Beach. If possible, avoid the older woman who works behind the counter as a postal clerk. Incredibly self-​centered, condescending, and rude. She also grossly misunderstands postal policy (to the customer’s detriment). I will avoid doing business with her.
