Jesse just left my home and I’m writing this now because he deserves the best review possible. He really is a joy to work with. Fixed everything. Got my computer working the way I WANT IT TO WORK and was able to explain how to best use it. Figured out why my photos weren’t getting from phone to computer and not only fixed it, but did it in a way that I will be able to easily access and easily get pictures to the proper folders on my computer. You wouldn’t think that would be a difficult thing to accomplish, but it’s been about 6 months since I’ve been able to do that. THANK YOU, Jessie!

It’s probably unusual to post a 5 star review and then return over a year later to repost another 5 starrer. But Jesse’s service is that good that I felt compelled to restate my feelings about his business. I have never had a less than wonderful interaction with him. Of course he is very knowledgeable and to date, I have yet to pose a problem that he can’t handle. But he’s also a great guy, and if I can’t fix something myself, I feel good about giving him my business. I can’t imagine you would be disappointed with his service, should you decide to call and request his help.

Jesse has been a changing force in our computer, internet, and email issues. He called us back the same day and within a couple of hours! Our company has been using Computer Center for Santa Cruz, and finally remembered to thank him for all of the diligent and excellent work they have done and will continue to do for us.

We bought an iMac to be compatible with our iPhones, iPad, and Apple TV over a year ago and were assured it would make life «so much easier»…Right. After being a PC user since 1996 we discovered it is easier… if you’ve used a Mac since 1996. The transition has been a slog at best and finally got into a bind while syncing photos. Called Jesse, made an appointment, and within a well spent period of time, he fixed not only the problem, he confidently put us back in the driver seat! Way too much to tell you about, but now I know why the guys on the Big Bang Theory make fun of the Apple «Genius Bar» personnel. Worth every penny!!!
PS — He understands both PC and Mac and can explain, in laymen’s terms, what you don’t understand.

Just had Jessie come to the house to fix a problem with my wireless service and he was very quick, knowledgable, and most of all treated me kindly, not like most consultants who come with an attitude when you are an older person and «don’t get it». Will always call him in the future if I have problems with my computer. Great job!

About 5 months ago, I was looking to build a gaming computer. Jesse went above and beyond to help me build it. He not only assembled it for me, but also helped pick out the necessary parts that I needed. I’m not much of a computer guy so it was nice to have someone able to translate my «non-​computer lingo» into a great computer. In addition to his help building my computer, he also had Windows 7 and a graphics card which he sold to me at very reasonable prices (yes, he had those pre-​installed when he delivered the computer too!).
All in all, Jesse was an amazing help and I’ve had no problems with my computer.

I came to Jesse with a horrible virus on my computer. He backed everything up on an external drive, wiped unnecessary programs, and managed to save all of my important documents. He was reasonably priced and fast. I will definitely call him in the future,

Discovered Jesse on Unilocal and couldn’t be happier with the service he provided in giving new life to an older home system. He called before arriving for his scheduled in home service, took notes as I described the various PC/​Router problems we were having, installed his tool-​set & went to work. All the while he walked me through what he was doing. In the end Jesse had the system performing as well as it has in years. I absolutely would not hesitate to call Jesse for any future computer work that my family might need.
