I started this business in February 2009. My corporate background includes 5 years testing business software at Peoplesoft and 5 years of ERP tech support. I also spent 15 years in IT business systems analysis, support and training. 11 years with Seagate & GEC Plessey Semiconductors in Scotts Valley.

I have a long history in corporate IT, Tech Support & Software Testing. I have lived in Scotts Valley with my wife & pets for 20 years.
I fix computers every day & some nights. I won’t look in your files. I always try to fix PCs right the first time.
When I work with my customers, I dedicate my time to them. I won’t take other people’s calls when I am working with you. If you leave a message or text me, I will get back to you when I am finished with my current customer.
