At the AARDVARK Technical Support Services we provide mobile IT support to end users and businesses in the San Lorenzo Valley area.
Our computer support services include troubleshooting, malware removal, printer configuration, tablet, desktop, and laptop support. We work on Windows, Macintosh, Linux, iPad, iPhone and Android devices. Our network support services include Ethernet and wireless networking, and DSL/cable/fiber connectivity, firewall configuration, secure virtual private network setup, and configuration for the home or office.
Our software support services include anti-virus, Windows 10 upgrade, Microsoft Office installation, and Facebook configuration!
Our normal hours of operation are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to Noon Saturday and by appointment on Sunday.
Every Wednesday from 2 to 4 PM we run a free technical support clinic, open to the public, at the Scotts Valley Senior Center located at 370 Kings Village Rd, Scotts Valley, CA 95 066. You will be asked to consider making a donation to the The Scotts Valley Senior Center for providing the space, otherwise the free tech support clinic would not be possible. Come meet us and bring your questions and computer, tablet or phone device, or just come and talk with us!
