Today of all days was not a good day to jip my ass. Plan: after kickboxing get exclusive biatch and I some jamba juice which will serve for my meal for the day until I get to an 80s party tonight and I am hoping to fit into my Darth Vader dress for my godson’s 3rd birthday this afternoon. I ordered a large all for those reasons, I always get a medium. Fill it up! Isn’t that ish measured already anyway, like wtf can go wrong? Ggaaahh

Every time I get an acai bowl here, it is always like water with little to no granola and the fruit is scattered everywhere. It just looks like a mess and usually tastes like it too. Kinda sad.

I used to love Jamba Juice until my last few visits there, and I think I’m pretty done with JJ, until and unless they change their policy re: ice in the smoothies. Any smoothie lover knows smoothies don’t need ice. I personally, can’t drink them if they have ice because they’re too cold. I always have ordered the Protein Berry Workout for this reason — the only smoothie they don’t add ice to. Well, recently I decided to venture into other smoothies and requested no ice. I was told that the smoothie would either come up short, or be runny. So, why is this? Simply replace the ice with more frozen fruit(which is what makes it cold), or frozen yogurt, no? Sounds reasonable, but it’s not their policy and they refuse to do it. If you don’t want ice — tough sh%^t, you get a smaller, runnier smoothie. In fact, it’s no longer a smoothie, it’s a milky, watered down sludge. When you’re paying between $ 6-$ 7 for a smoothie, I’d like to have smoothie and no ice. Starbucks sells Refreshers that they fill to the brim with ice. You hardly get any drink. But, they will happily put little ice or no ice in if requested, and fill the glass with the actual drink. Yay Starbucks. Those drinks are around $ 5 and I’d like the actual drink with little ice. Quit being so cheap JJ and satisfy customer requests. Pretty poor customer relations. Thank you, that is all.

The juice was nice and cold. My Caribbean passion was delicious but the service was not very good. The dude wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying.

I probably had the worst experience today. I came to this Jamba Juice around noon today and they completely ruined my drink. First problem was the size, because I clearly said medium and that’s what they charged for! Second problem was when I asked them to change it I don’t know what the girl who made my drink did but it was definitely NOT a strawberry surf rider! Who adds bananas to a drink that’s clearly states it doesn’t have bananas? Not sure what was going on, and to top things off as I was walking in there was some sort of team meeting and the manager had the audacity to walk in and out giving dirty looks all around.(I know that was the manager because the girl fixing my drink specifically said«she’s wearing a team member shirt even tho she’s the manager) I was not pleased at all with this SPECIFIC Jamba Juice at all. I would rather go to Santa Cruz and drive back to Scott’s Valley. Bad customer service. Wrong order. Wrong size. Adding incorrect ingredients.

Service was fast, friendly, and competent. Small glitch involving our buy-one-get-one-free coupon(the computer said it had already been used – at a Jamba Juice we’d never even been to – but the guy serving us handled it well. I’m glad they have«light» versions of some of the drinks, which are plenty sweet without the additional sugar.

Great customer service. I like their new menu layouts just wish their prices were a little bit cheaper specially for their energy açai bowls. Family of four cost $ 35 with that said, that’s the cost of doing business in California. Always appreciate how I’m greeted when I walk in and thanked when I leave. Seems to be very consistent at any Jamba Juice that I visit throughout the country. Corporate training has got that down well. Good job guys.

I love it here! I’ve been dozens of times and have only experienced a handful of little mistakes. My only reservation is the fact that I pay about 4 – 5 $ for a small, and more than half the time I get 3 $ worth.

I don’t know if this normally happens but I just had a very bad Jamba experience here. I order the chunky strawberry bowl very often. After waiting about 15 minutes, I received the bowl. It had melted down to a soup, the bowl was only half full and I could only find two small pieces of strawberry in the bowl. I was surprised the employee would serve someone this. Never had a chunky strawberry bowl of this low quality. Not sure if the employee was new or not. Very disappointed.

The staff greeted everyone with a friendly«hello!» I ordered my drink, and it didn’t take long for them to call out my name. The drink was delicious and had the perfect consistency that I can only find at Jamba Juice. Highly recommend.

It doesn’t open earlier than 7:30 :(However, it’s nice to stop by on a really hot day, and they have very friendly service and a new menu designed to provide more sustenance than sugar(finally!) Their«Topical Greens“drink is only as sweet as a green apple, which is just about as sweet as I can tolerate for a juice drink. THANKYOU for letting me try it before I got it! Also, the cheddar pretzels are pretty darn good, I’m not gonna lie. Way better than a pastry from a coffee shop, like Peet’s next door. This Jamba also has nice, spacious seating, and it feels comfortable to sit inside and have a conversation with someone whereas in other store locations, it always feels awkward to hang around after getting your order.

Great staff & super friendly. They let us sample many of the new juices as well! So glad jamba is finally catching on to the juicing trend instead of their old fashioned fruit smoothies.

It’s fruit and veggies put in a blender. The staff here has always been pleasant. Outdoor seating a plus. Parking pretty ample. Unfortunately boosts aren’t free anymore?

Kale smoothie, finally yes. This place has it. Since I’ve been feeling a little under the weather, this was a great relief. Thanks for combining my giftcards too, and for giving the extra razzmatazz to my cousin!

I spend WAY too much money here… but I cannot stress enough how excellent the service at this location is. I swear, I can be in a horrific mood, and all I have to do is go to my local Jamba Juice and any one of the AMAZING employees will immediately lift my spirits so I don’t even know what my problem was in the first place. Also, the razzmatazz and cheddar tomato twist does it for me every time. And if you’re looking for an energy drink that isn’t loaded with tons of unnecessary crap, Jamba Juice has got it. But honestly, it’s the personalities at this store that keep me coming back.

I love Jamba Juice, but I was sad it took over Jungle Juice which was my favorite local smoothie place! Regardless… Interior: Normal, clean, very bright, citrus-y colored Jamba Juice. Smells amazing as always. Service: The service here is absolutely amaze-balls. I know a couple of people who have worked here and every single time I go here, the staff is so friendly it’s almost sickening. I think Ryan and Jordan still work here? Not sure. Ryan is a character! Smoothies: So delicious. I’ve tried almost all the smoothies here and every single one is great and has it’s own unique flavor. When I’m feeling down, I get the chocolate mood. It picks me right up… and lengthens my waistline. Overall: It’s Jamba Juice so the smoothies are the same as any other one. But the happy staff always makes it even better!
