Andrew knows exactly what he’s doing. Came in a bit brusquely but it turns out it’s because he wants to isolate the problem and fix it and not dally around. Great communication, timely, expert knowledge, efficient, fairly priced. I highly recommend this man/business(we used him for a propane furnace issue) for any and all appliance repair.

This guy is a joke!!! His number was given to me through a parts center that recommended him. I called him to come out because my oven isn’t working properly. One burner is completely out and the oven isn’t working at all. He came out and charged me a service fee. He tore apart the stove and said it would be $ 420 for parts and labor. Fine! He left and told me that he would order the parts. I called him constantly: I need my oven fixed! I only spoke with him a couple of times in the beginning and then he wouldn’t answer my calls unless I called from a number that he either didn’t recognize or block. It’s been 3 months. He’s a scam artist. Once he gets his service fee he’s finished??? Don’t waste your time with this guy! ASAP??? I don’t think so!

We had a heater and tankless water heater installed a few months ago. We then went to sell our home and there were a few issues with some things coming lose and needing to be adjusted to be exactly perfect for the buyers and their lender. I called Andrew to complete the repairs, he came out with no problem and fixed everything that needed to be done. He was very fast and a pleasure to deal with. He is very nice and friendly.

ASAP? Try FOREVER. We had them come out to repair an oven. They left after jimming with the wiring. 30 minutes later it didn’t work again. They couldn’t come until A WEEK later. Then they said they needed to order the whole electric board and that would take a week. Fast forward to two weeks later. They come out and they ordered the wrong part. Now we have been without an oven for a MONTH. Save yourself a month and go with someone else. Now we have to try to get the refund for the work they did that didn’t work at all! Fun!

I read reviews that Andrew is flaky, but called him bcz a friend uses him. He replaced my water heater. All was positive at that point. Then I realized the installation was incomplete with the original furnace exhaust left unconnected. A simple thing. A quick call, and Andrew said he would be by that evening. No show. Multiple unreturned phones calls over the next few weeks. When I complained to my friend he admitted it often takes multiple calls, so I tried a couple more times. I guess he’s embarrassed himself and wont call back at this point. I hope I don’t have to use this guy to honor the warranty on the new water heater. My advice is stay clear of this guy.

After reading all the negative reviews I just had to write the review and give my opinion. I had ASAP install a complete heating and air conditioning unit in my new home. I got a great price and great workmanship. In fact the building inspector when signing off on the work and equipment commented on the neatness of the system installation and ask who did the work. Give this company a chance to bid on your system! I like all the help and suggestions Andrew Nappier gave. He is a solid guy with over 30 years of experience… Ed Lang Scotts Valley Ca

Andrew wasted a ton of my time! Was literally a no-show for 3 appointments. You can not get more unprofessional than not showing up when someone is waiting in the middle of the day mid-week for a plumber, 3DIFFERENTDAYS. 3DIFFERENTMISSEDAPPOINTMENTS.

ASAP was an unmitigated disaster. Sinks that weren’t flow tested, P-traps installed backwards, too much grade on the return pipe, leaking pipes under the sink that destroyed the vanity, showers that leaked when the diverter was moved from tub to faucet after an ASAP installation. It was hard to get them to show up when called to finish the job they started or fix the problems they created along the way, and when they did show up it was a late Friday afternoon rush job by a poorly trained apprentice. It cost us thousands of dollars to undo the damage they did, not to mention the delays in the project because they didn’t show up when they said they would.

Asap Alliance installed two shower valves, set a bath tub and a gas line for me. They installed one of the valves backwards causing more cold water to mix then hot. It took eleven days for them to come back and fix it. I called Andrew four times unanswered and he made a appointment with me and flaked. When the water was turned on in the tub, it ran down the wall causing $ 2500 worth of damage on a new hardwood floor that was on the first floor under the bathroom. The P trap under the bathtub was not properly tighten and his glue failed. Andrew was shown the damage and agreed to pay. After a month of waiting, he never sent a check to cover the damage. I then had to go after his contractors bond. Now he is lying to the bond claims agent saying he is not at fault. In my opinion Andrew’s word is worthless. He did the job half ass and then it took several calls to get him to come back and he didn’t pay for the damage that he said he would pay for.

The installation was ok, however when they installed the heater they had to cut a hole in the outer wall of my house. I was told the hole would be fixed with a new vent in a week or two(the foreman called in the order for the vent right in front of me), that was over two months ago. Luckily there is a temporary fix up so that my house doesn’t look terrible from a distance, but I have left several messages without so much as a courtesy call for the status. Initially I was happy with them and even recommended them, but I will be revoking that referral. The only reason I’m not giving them a 1 star is because the actual instillation on the day of was fine, it’s the follow-up service that is negligible to say the least. Word to the wise, if you do go with them, do not pay the final payment until all work is complete. I have the remaining work in the contract so I’m not completely out of luck yet, but they do not seem to like to return phone calls and finish the job.

If you are looking for a heating/AC company that improperly installs your system, doesn’t return phone calls and stands you up for 2 appointments, these are your guys. I’ve never been so disappointed in my choice of who I spend money with. Will not be recommending these guys to anyone.
