Bogner Heating & Air Conditioning

Woohoo is right, this is a great company. In and out as planned… great personalities. Clean and efficient, polite … whats not to like. When we did have problems (not caused by them but by the condition of the house) they explained it to me in great detail and recommended a solution.
We went through Costco, for they have a referral system. Great choice on Costco’s part and we agree… the job was well done.
Russell and crew along with Zac were great.

I’ve never written a Unilocal review before, but my experience with Phil Bogner needs to be out there for others who are looking for the right person to take care of HVAC needs. He went way beyond what I would expect of a tradesman, and I am very happy with the result. He helped me figure out which product would be best suited for my needs, he came exactly when he said he would, he did exactly what he said he would, and he charged me exactly what he said he would (about half the price of the other quote I got).
What puts him in the realm of really excellent is what ELSE he did: after the heater was fully installed, it was clear that the sheetrock patching (done by someone else) needed some touchup work. So Bogner offered, at no extra charge, to come out and dismantle the heater and fan so the rocker could do his work, then come out again after the rocking and painting were done and put the heater back together again. Cheerfully. Without so much as a deep sigh. I highly recommend Phil, and will be singing his praises to whoever asks me about it.

Honest, competent and personable. A real mechanic. I have no reservations about recommending Phil for any of your HVAC needs.
